“I recently visited Petal’s Creamery on Saturday, May 2nd at around 10:50 p.m., and I can honestly say it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve had in the U.S. I tried the hazelnut and saffron flavors, while my friend went for the baklava flavor—and every single one was incredible. The saffron, in particular, stood out as one of the best I’ve ever tasted. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. We walked in about 10 minutes before closing, and the girl at the counter (she was wearing glasses—sorry I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us warmly, encouraged us to try different flavors, and had such a friendly, genuine conversation with us. Her smile and positive demeanor, especially so close to closing time, really stood out. It’s a true example of exceptional customer service. Great ice cream is one thing, but pairing it with that level of hospitality made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Last evening had a real craving for a classic banana split. Drove to the nearby BR and was able to create my special ice cream sundae. The split banana was placed in the dish and I chose cherry jubilee, fresh peach, and chocolate fudge ice cream scoops. Pineapple, strawberry, and hot fudge toppings were added next. “Super amazing range of products and flavors. They have specific days (Tues, Thurs, Sun) for tart flavors but I came on a Friday and the lady suggested the lemon meringue pie soft serve and it was perfectly lemony light and refreshing. I also tried their banana caramel chocolate chip ice cream and it was so light creamy and genuinely banana! There was actual small pieces of banana and the dark chocolate chips mixed in. Not too sweet, and sososo good. They dont mix the yogurt and ice cream since the scoops for each are priced differently.

They even have a section of pup friendly treats and sososo many flavors of dole whip! The lady said she'd been making yogurt for 20 years and I can taste that expertise. Highly recommend. Parking might be tough but the area is walkable and lots of public parking lots within a 5 min walk“

I love the new variety of flavors every week and how they’re so unique and different than the generic cookies you buy in the grocery store. The price isn’t too bad either! For a box of 6 cookies it’s $22 but the cookies are HUGE. I can never finish one by myself so I leave them to the rest of my family. I love the tiramisu, amarena, and bacio as well as the pistachio and fior di latte! To be honest I would say all flavors are delicious! For the sorbetti, unbelievably genuine flavor — it’s evident that NO artificial syrups or fake ingredients are used.

“I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years, hands down the best yogurt in Santa Clara county, the staff is usually friendly, except one guy. The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor.
