“Cool place. Never been before, so my son and I were a bit confused. We ended up ordering the fish waffle (don't know what it's called, but it's a waffle shaped like a fish that your soft serve goes in) with lavender soft serve. I got mine in a cup (they turn the cone upside down into the cup and give you a spoon) and my son didn't. It's a very healthy serving so I suggest sharing it ... in a cup. It melts pretty quickly... soft serve being soft and all. Waffle was ????, soft serve was also good, it was just too much. Neither of us were able to finish -we'd just had dinner. Check it out.“
“It was my first time there. I really liked watching the ice cream get rolled. The Ferrari is really good!! It has great texture bc of the almonds and the creaminess of the ice cream. They have great toppings. They have a decent serving size (6 rolls for $12). Quite a bit filling. I enjoyed the ice cream.“
“Yogurtland Cupertino is a popular self-serve frozen yogurt shop with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The flavors are rotated regularly, so there is always something new to try. Yogurtland also offers a variety of dairy-free and vegan options. The shop is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and there are often coupons and discounts available. Here is a summary of some of the pros and cons of Yogurtland Cupertino:Pros:Wide variety of flavors and toppingsDairy-free and vegan options availableClean and well-maintained shopFriendly and helpful staffReasonable pricesCons:Can be crowded during peak timesSome toppings may be extraOverall, Yogurtland Cupertino is a great place to go for a delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt treat. The wide variety of flavors and toppings, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, make it a popular choice for people of all ages.“
“Amazing flavors and very warm staff/owners. This unassuming place is in a quiet, older strip mall. The staff were warm, kind and accommodating. The ice cream is delish, with many unique flavors to choose from. I especially enjoyed Orange Cardamom. Games and books available to entertain the kiddos. There's also Nahita's Bakery and Cafe at this location serving up Turkish specialties.“
“It's nice to have another bingsoo place in South Bay! The bingsoo came out quick and the workers were nice. The ambiance is nice and clean and spacious. I love how there's different sizes because most places got huge servings. I got the matcha tiramisu bingsoo which was yummy. The bits were cheesecake tho but it was delicious! I would be back to try different flavors!“
“It boggles my mind how this place is able to serve frozen yogurt, boba, banh mi, and maybe more that I missed! The place is spacious as well, I tend to see families come here often to "treat themselves", just like I do often heh! The staff is nice here!“
“Sugar Mama Desserts, a popular popup vendor, is where Beautiful Foot Massage was. Basically scoop & go. Inside & outside seating 2 tables each. Mama's creates artisan ice creams with Asian flava influences.Offerings: ice cream by scoops & pints, savory bakes.Available flavas listed on standup board in front.Server quickly offered samples when i enteredLicks: 2 scoops in cup (7.50) -double malted chocolateHaven't had malts for decades, so not impressed.Licks: Black Sesame Brittle-ultra creamy, thick & dense ice cream, fairly sweet.-black sesame intense flava, didn't melt quickly.Coffee Pearl Crunch-coffee flava faint, also ultra creamy, thick & dense. -crunchiness best attribute. Non meltiness too. 4.8 stars just one server. Patrons seem to come at same time. Luckily after i ordered. Take outs:-parking lot parked at lunch time & peak hours. Mama's is located on Loving Hut's side of the mall.“
“The ice cream here is so good! They have a wide variety of flavors, and some very unique ones that I've never seen before! It's a plus that you can do a split cup where it's essentially a single, but you can choose 2 flavors. We had the Malai kulfi and blueberry lavender and it's a great combo for subtle and sweet.“
“I like their mochi donut. If you get them warm, so good. I tried a few flavors, and my favorites are sesame and lilikoi. My kids like cookie&cream and strawberries. I think the flavor can be improved because not enough real pandan flavor and that the fake scary green color just doesn't look good.“
“Molten lava cookies are amazing. We took the assorted 6 cookie box. One complaint is that the size of cookies is large and corresponding price is high. It would have been good to try different cookies of reasonable size.Parking: Free commercial parking lot“
“Best Gelato in the area! It’s extremely rare that we don’t stop in when we are downtown. My favorites are 1/2 oreogasic and espresso. Every flavor I’ve ever tried has been great!Their baked goods and espresso are also very good! Just do it… you won’t regret it!“
“Highly recommend this place! For all the adults when we were kids we had the now discontinued choco taco and for all the kids that didn't get to experience them this is the place to go. At Rocko's you can create your own ice-cream tacos or you can choose already made combos . Great place to take the kids!“
“Orange sunrise is my go to place for tamales. Their meat to masa ratio is fair, the salsa is great, and the texture is spot on. I also love their vampire juice - such a great combo of veggies and fruits. Highly recommend their tortas as well for a quick lunch!“
“A really open space Salt and Straw in Valley Fair. The service has always been pretty friendly for me. The staff doesn't get irritated when you ask for multiple samples and always put in their two cents about the flavors they can't get enough of or find missing an extra oomph! On the weekends, there is usually a line, especially at night but it moves fairly fast. They are an organized and efficient bunch. I like how they have seasonal flavors. I am terribly invested in the holiday flavors for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. My favorites have been a turkey ice cream with crispy organic rotisserie chicken skin and duck fat, as well as a sweet potato and cranberry ice cream with cornbread chunks. They do have all the funky flavors like bone marrow ice cream that I am always dying to try but every flavor doesn't taste hit all the notes it promises, like a fancy beer.It is still one of my favorite salt & straw locations and they do sell pints if you are looking for better value.“
“I was really craving some ice cream mid afternoon and saw Fosters Freeze was nearby with plenty of dessert options. They offered a new dipped waffle cone with peanuts which sounded exactly like what I wanted. You can pick vanilla, chocolate, or a mixed swirl for the ice cream flavor, costing a little over $5. It was quite messy to eat since it was melting quickly, but it definitely hit the spot. The peanuts are a nice touch and added a salty, nutty crunch. Fosters Freeze offers quite an extensive menu and the workers there are all very nice and efficient despite the consistent busyness of customers and orders. There is a good amount of parking available and the lot is kept clean. I don't think you're able to go inside the restaurant but there are a few tables outside for dining.“
“This is exactly what you would probably expect from an old fashioned burger joint. It has both indoor and outdoor seating so it's pet friendly (VERY important! LOL) What it lacks in ambience, it more than makes up for in flavor. I've tried a few of their daily specials which have been slightly fancy sandwiches that are tasty enough, but not all that memorable. They also serve some Asian food, like egg rolls and rice balloons, but I have not tried any of them yet. Because at the end of the day, a place called Classic Burgers is all about the burgers, and they do not disappoint! I should have mentioned, everything is made fresh to order. Their french fries are generous, hot and crispy. Seasoned just right and only slightly greasy. If your order to go be warned - the fries will magically disappear before you get to your destination - resistance is futile. And oh my goodness the burgers - thick, juicy and utterly delicious! The added cheese is worth the price - thick cheddar slices that wrap themselves around those tasty patties like a warm blanket of heaven! I'm not exaggerating when I say they are the best burgers in town - and with the added bonus of being very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a stop!Parking: Typical fast food parking lot - not huge, but definitely enough.Wheelchair accessibility: Single level - no steps“
“Azi was phenomenal. The Ice cream truck was a hit at my sons party. She helped coordinate everything, stayed in touch, and arrived on time. She was friendly and kind-we truly enjoyed having them at our party. Prices are very competitive and they provide the service for much affordable pricing than most.“
“Incredible service and food for our catered tailgate at Stanford for Women’s Lacrosse families. We had about 40 attendees for a lunch event and they took the time to work out a custom approach for our needs that was perfect and the price was great. Everyone loved the food that was delivered early and with everything we ordered. We will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone catering an event.“
“My husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again to try more!“
“I have been fortunate to have this delectable cookie Crumbl store right across the street from me. I can even smell the cookies being baked!! I continue to enjoy the yummy cookies, great service and the best atmosphere.A very happy customer“
“I had the pleasure of visiting this ice cream shop recently and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. The variety of flavors was impressive, each one seeming more tempting than the last. I finally settled for their signature as the employee gave me a sample of a scoop of their signature flavor and it was absolutely delightfulBut what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. A young employee went above and beyond to ensure my experience Their enthusiasm was infectious, and recommendations were spot on.Overall 10/10!I recommend UBE and Biscoff“
“It’s really goodI love the root beer floats along with the candy bags. We’re really happy to have your shop inside the neighborhood!Kid-friendliness: There are kind to kids and help them out very well. They also let many kids in whose parents aren’t with them.“
“To put it simply…You need to go here! This place is nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere and food was every bit what you would hope to experience and more.My wife and Son were back at our hotel room quarantining for my son’s heart surgery he was going to have the next day. I had a request to get Ice cream. At first I was overwhelmed with all the crazy options and of course My wife and son couldn’t make things simple on me and get a generic ice cream. I had to sample nearly every type and provide feedback over the phone. And yes I mean every type, such as the Turkey and Stuffing as well as the Blue Cheese and Pear. The employee felt my discomfort with asking for more and more samples and he went out of his way to constantly assure me that he would love to get me as many as I needed. One would say its because he had a sensitive heart to my situation, however I did not bring my situation up until after all the samples so he would have perspective to why I needed to try so many.I am not one to go to the same place twice when traveling, however I can tell you that I am going back before we head back home.“
“I love this place. We take the kids here from time to time. Very convenient location right off Calaveras blvd. They keep the place very clean and the employees are always nice. They have a lot of different choices of frozen yogurt. They have inside seating as well as outdoor seating that has umbrellas.“
“Crumbl is all the hype. The iconic pink boxes filled with cookies about the size of your face and weighs a pound. I will give it to the marketing and advertisement aspect. They are always on top of the new flavors every week and customizing it to the unthinkable. Cookies are always tasty and flavorful it could be at times be on the sweeter side, so you can definitely split this up into acouple of meals. I prefer the chilled versions and I've never found any to be dried out. I recommend signing up for their rewards program/app to get up to date on the new flavors. Prices are on the higher side but you at paying for the quality and the specialty item. Wish they offered more promotions or deals. And also wishes they brought back in rotation flavors that are super popular and fan favorites.“
“I really enjoyed the custard, but because of the out of season fruits depending on when you go the Italian ices won't be as good in flavor. It has a nice atmosphere very similar to a Baskin Robins. You can sample the flavors before buying so don't be afraid to try things!“
“This place is super clean and the owner is the friendliest person I've ever met! The yogurt is amazing and the smoothies here are to die for! My girlfriend's always asking to come here to get the strawberry and banana smoothie! I've been coming here for a while now and I will definitely keep coming here! This is the best yogurt place in town! I definitely recommend coming here! Unbeatable prices for the quality of these products!!“
“A lady pushing a stroller who was waiting in line with me for the mall bathroom just asked me what this place sold, I said "it's grilled fish with ice cream." She was surprised and said, "Oh interesting!" I corrected myself and said it was "batter poured into metal fish molds." She thought that sounded delicious so together we went! It was my first time trying this location.Since all the Somi Somi locations I have been to only have take-out, I like this location because it is in a temperature-controlled mall. I prefer it to eating ice cream outside in freezing temperatures and even to eating outside in warm weather because everything melts so fast. You also have more open mall space to wait. This location is bright and clean. It had one flavor that the Cupertino location didn't currently have. My favorites are the cheese taiyaki and the red bean soft serve.“
“"Absolutely delighted by the unique liquid nitrogen-based ice cream at this shop! The innovative process results in a creamy texture that's unparalleled. The must-try is their Puffle – a delightful combination that's sure to satisfy any ice cream enthusiast. A delightful experience!"“
“I got the strawberry sundae with matcha soft serve, flavor of ice cream was delightful and rich with matcha flavor. There are 2 issues however, 1 is that the spoon is much too deep and very difficult to eat out of. I also wish there was a small size because the normal size is too big.“
“The saffron and pistachio flavor is delicious and service is amazing. My ice cream scoop rolled off the top of my sugar cone before I had a chance to try it and the staff was gracious enough to give me another one even as a huge group of customers came into the shop. I was absolutely devastated but she gave me a second chance??“
“Taste 5/5 (love the red bean), Health 2/5, Location 5/5 (downtown Palo Alto retail), Interior 4/5 (fine, but no place to sit), Cleanliness 5/5, Overall Value 4/5 (actually prices are quite reasonable for the unique product and good location for a stroll). Please ? this review if helpful, or accurate. ?Thx!“
“I love S & S because the flavors are unique and they are always happy to give out samples. This is a great location in old town Los Gatos and they have my favorite ice cream scented perfume! I highly recommend trying the strawberry balsamic ice cream. Delicious!!“
“I love the ice cream but the people that go there can be very ghetto so be careful. Some crazy person took over a minute to take out seven napkins on purpose so they can wait for me to get a napkin just to have an altercation with me and the staff can tell and was very supportive with what happened. They’re amazing people! But… over ice cream?! ?“
“I was going to get my birthday ice cream, and you might know on your birthday you can get one for free. However, I am from Canada, so when I registered and wanted to get my application, I couldn’t, because for iPhones from other countries they restricted access to download the application. I was standing there and struggling, thinking my luck for this year is not good to work… Owner saw it , and get me my birthday ice cream:) I really appreciate it! Thank you:) Lucky for this year;)“
“This is one of those cute little local town staples. I've been recommended this place a lot and finally got to come by today(Friday 2PM).It wasn't too busy, some locals eating and reading newspapers. I ordered a:- Reuben Sandwich $10 + $1 tax4/5 sandwich and I thought it was delicious but definitely not like a high quality sandwich. More like a super buttery, oily and generally unhealthy for you sandwich that you scarf down because there's so much delicious butter on it. Nonetheless, it's great for a quick meal.I then got a ice cream scoop of their caramel coffee, and I wished the coffee tasted was stronger. It was $5 + no tax?Anyways, this place it super retro and cute. The food is pretty basic, but not bad. Would I come here often, probably not. But watching a bunch of locals come and go with their Ice creamAnd milk shakes. I think it's a great ambience and place.“
“I visited this ice cream shop with my dear friend. He is a picky eater to say the least. So I was apprehensive on bringing him inside as he is difficult to please sometimes. Just ask his wife haha haha ha ha..... But we were so pleased not only with the service when we entered the facility but the ice cream itself, which we came in for. Even my friend who's on a milk free diet caved to try some of this ice cream due to her poor self control, but also because the ice cream was so darn Good. I will definitely be coming here again if I ever live here.“
“I've been coming to this shop since I was a little girl. The yogurt is so good. I really look forward to going. Prices are reasonable and it's very flavorful. On hot days expect a line but the employees are really nice and they move quickly“
“BOI is amazing! This family business is very friendly, plus the drinks are very delicious. They have many snacks as well. Snack prices are definitely cheaper than 711 or a liquor store. They only take cash or VENMO, so be aware when coming. Give it a try! And refill on your water!“
“All I can say is TINA!!!!! This is a long overdue review on their cakes. Tina is fantastic!!! You should order all your cakes here!! Forget regular cakes. Order ice cream cakes for now on. I have been convinced for years and order from here for all my personal needs. Recently I ordered for another reason and the cake was a hit! It literally took the cake lol!! Thank you, Tina!!! T for Talent!!! T for terrific!!!!“
“I've always walked past this place every time I visited Great Mall since it's right next to the food court, so I decided to check it out with a friend. There's so many flavors to choose from. You do get free samples before choosing. My absolute favorite was the Kinder. It was the right amount of chocolate. We ended up getting 2 scoops of that & a mango flavor. I had asked about the free scoop and while I was taking photos the worker kindly offered me another scoop, so we chose pistachio. I would probably skip the pistachio next time and just get the kinder. They are pretty generous with their scoops as well. Would come back again!“
“You can't go wrong with Humphry Slocombe. I've been to the Oakland location a few times, but this time was a first here. I love their Vietnamese Coffee flavor! The others are a little too fun for me sometimes, but I always appreciate a tasting. Service is great; they are quick and friendly! And it just smells soooo good inside.. you know those cones are FRESH!“
“I look forward to the Mitchell's ice cream at Scoop, and a HUGE variety of flavors. I stop by whenever I visit Palo Alto (from up the Peninsula). All of the employees (except one who plays such obnoxious music that even I won't go inside the store) are exceptionally nice and helpful. Otherwise, the music played in very entertaining and appropriate. And they DO give samples! But not until after you buy, and they call it something else besides a sample. It's a sad fact that here in San Mateo there is NO good ice cream place, either Downtown or near Downtown. Perhaps Scoop could consider expanding northward (hoping they read this glowing review).“
“The owner, Mr. B, was fantastic! He provided us with such a great customer experience. You can tell he really cares about his customers. The yogurt shop had a wonderful selection of flavors, and everything was so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. We'll definitely be coming back for more! Thanks, Mr. B, for making our visit so enjoyable.“
“Stopped by Penny Ice Creamery tonight after a dinner nearby. This is such a cute place! The location is prime- in Town and Country Shopping Center, across the street from Palo Alto HS and Stanford University. The shop was clean and our "scooper" was very nice. You absolutely must get the TOASTED MARSHMALLOW FLUFF. So good!! There is also a very cute seating area in the front corner of the shop- great for pictures.“
“One of the best places ever to get Gelato. I have been going to this place and taking my daughter here for years. We just reminisced and had a bit of nostalgia a couple of weeks ago because we hadn't been since she was a teenager. She's in her early 30s now. Looks like they've made a few updates but, not a complete change. We saw this new logo and branding on the window but, still saw the original Gelato Classico labeling on our Italian ice cream cups... Sooo delicious I get the same thing every single time: Coconut Macadamia and/or Almond. It never fails. It's Stiil Thee Best Ever! We'd always stop here after eating Chinese food for lunch or dinner next door at Jing Jing's. I love the Bay Area favorites. ? ???Parking: parking is always busy downtown but, depends on when you go...Kid-friendliness: kids love this place“
“WildBerry is a wee fro-yo shop that's not a chain as far as I know. Clearly their name is a take on Pinkberry, but unlike the corporate fro-yo franchise, here you get to pull the levers to do your own mixing and matching of the frozen treat. Price per ounce is competitive and even a smidge less than Yogurtland and Pinkberry. For flavours, there's nothing particularly Wild or unique, but what they do, they do very well. The few fro-yo stations all worked smoothly, dispensing every flava in a consistent ideal texture. Every one I tried was Berry yummy: cappuccino, cake batter, strawberry and plain tart.Staff on a weekend afternoon are young (maybe teenagers?) cheerful friendly and extremely customer oriented. I truly appreciated their careful hygienic practices using tongs to fetch things and, upon my request, finding gloves to use at the machines. The tiny shop is kept spic and span. You can't sit inside but no worry because there's an abundance of small benches spaced all throughout the retail complex. On a mild beautiful day, great to sit outside and people watch, or in my case, pet watch. We saw several dogs and I got to say hi to and pet a couple of them. Thanks to Yelp pal Steve for discovering this gem of a fro-yo place, a refreshing change from the big chains. Cute clean unassuming and worth seeking out in Los Altos. Look for Starbucks (at this shopping plaza), and Wild Berry is directly around its corner to the right.“
“Popped in on my lunch break to see what looks good, and instantly picked the lemon bar. Excellent flavor and texture: both sweet and tart with proper firmness. Only 4 stars because I've only ordered the one item. Will be going back for sure!“
“I used to be obsessed with Pinkberry and was so upset when all the locations in Atlanta shut down -- now there is only the airport location remaining and if you know how big ATL airport is -- no matter how frequently you go, you will pretty much never get to have Pinkberry's.Knowing the froyo trend is over -- I still know Pinkberry has a pretty decent presence in the West Coast so when I was in California, I knew I had to give them a stop. This Pinkberry is located inside the mall so it's perfect for anyone who wants to get a "healthy" dessert in after their walk/shop around the mall.I still to this day believe that the original tart flavor is undoubtedly the best flavor and I still think that Pinkberry has the best original tart flavor. I was able to put some toppings -- like mochi, strawberries and popping boba to make my froyo complete and voila!Employees who were working there were also very kind and friendly and I was able to get my frozen yogurt pretty quickly so thank you to the staff who was working there! While there isn't a froyo hype anymore, Pinkberry is ALWAYS a classic and I cannot wait to get some more of this when I get the chance!“
“I've got to this place so many times at the service is always good. The prices are there, but the quality of the desert remains consistent. This place is definitely different compared to ice cream spots due to its unique factor of the cone. I have been to multiple locations and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the product.“
