“You can't go wrong with Humphry Slocombe. I've been to the Oakland location a few times, but this time was a first here. I love their Vietnamese Coffee flavor! The others are a little too fun for me sometimes, but I always appreciate a tasting. Service is great; they are quick and friendly! And it just smells soooo good inside.. you know those cones are FRESH!“

“The ice cream flavors are amazing, my all-time favorite is secret breakfast. It is way too good. The service is quick and they allow you to taste the ice cream before you buy. The place is cute but you cannot dine in, it's more of a take it to go place. There are plenty of benches and places to eat in the plaza“
“*First time at this location, ate inside*Came here for dessert with a friend and we loved it! Super clean store, all the tables were clean and so was the floor. It's HUGE inside and apparently has a drive thru. There's plenty of parking there so we went inside. The bins were nice too not all sloppy or dripping like some other locations.I got jamoca almond fudge 5/5 and had a delicious cone with chocolate and almonds! The kids who worked there were nice too! Friendly place and overall loved it.“
“It's nice to have another bingsoo place in South Bay! The bingsoo came out quick and the workers were nice. The ambiance is nice and clean and spacious. I love how there's different sizes because most places got huge servings. I got the matcha tiramisu bingsoo which was yummy. The bits were cheesecake tho but it was delicious! I would be back to try different flavors!“
