“Every time my daughter gets in the mood for a little ice cream, this is our go-to spot. It's always clean, friendly and fast. On my last visit, it stood out because we were looking for assistance with a couple of smoothies we had received at a different BR location. I purchased them on the other side of town and they were not consumable because they were so poorly made. So I stopped here to get new ones. After finding out what happened, Lea was wonderful enough to assist me with replacing both smoothies even though this is against their usual policy since each location is a franchise, meaning, you have to return it to the location where you purchased it if there are any issues to be corrected. She was kind enough to remake both smoothies and completely replace them. As for me, I took that as a lesson learned and decided it's probably best that I stick to this location for my purchases instead of "venturing out" to others. For an excellent BR experience every single time, I recommend this location.

By the way, in the heat of the day, my favorite refresher from here is the plain mango smoothie. It's absolutely delicious and refreshing and a small is around 300 calories!“

I tried a few flavors, including the honey lavender, which a lot of reviews rave about. It was okay, but I ended up choosing the chocolate hazelnut and pistachio.

What a great combination! Absolutely delicious. I might come here just for those two flavors. I would have given five stars, but the wait time was too long—just one person working on a busy weekend afternoon. We waited more than half an hour. Is it worth the wait? ABSOLUTELY, but I wish they would hire more people so the line could move faster. I'm already craving those flavors again right now.“

The spot itself is super chill, no pressure, just grab your cup, get creative, and vibe. Prices are decent unless you pile on like a mountain of toppings (been there, no regrets ?). It’s also a nice hangout spot if you wanna chill with friends or just take a solo froyo break.

October 2024 flavours: All pretty average. This is quite the disappointing month. None of the limited edition flavours really stood out. Ended up getting a split scoop of the candycopia (the candy bits were nice) and creepy crawlers (the matcha was acceptable). Pumpkin bread could use more pumpkin spice, essence of ghost is for the licorice lovers, blackberry tamales is skippable.“

Great variety and amazing flavors and pairings (swirls).

My favorites have to be pomegranate raspberry and euro tart. Otherwise, all the following flavors are IMHO great as well:

. Pineapple Dole Whip
. Green apple
. Vanilla (gelato) - tastes like McDonald's, delicious :)

I also ordered a Tiramisu milk tea but was underwhelmed, I'd suggest you stick to their fro-yo, that's their specialty.

“Okay, should have listened when someone said the $8 feeds a family of 3. The ambience is nice and in a cool neighborhood too. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

“I always wanted to try somisomi and glad I was able to while visiting San Jose. Only thing that was disappointing was the taiyaki since it was overcooked. The soft serve (oreo and matcha mix) was super tasty. It also takes some time for it to be prepared and the line was out of the door, but expected since it was prime time for dessert esp after dinner.“

Parking can be difficult but if you don't park too close, it's not bad. The wait is long to order (there is two ordering kiosk or a cashier for takeout) and to get your order; but there's a decent amount of tables so you'll most likely get one to sit at to wait unless it's super crowded.“

“Among all of us we had the Rose, Kulfi, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and also the puppy icecream. All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. The people behind the counter were very friendly and kind to our chaos. We will definitely be going back.“

“First time here. Got a Rusa and a strawberry crepe. The Rusa is delicious. There is so much packed into one thing (pineapple, mango, orange, tamarindo straw, chammoy, tajin and squirt, and it is so delicious. Tart, sweet, sour, and most importantly, refreshing. The crepe was soft and warm. Freshly made, too. Next time i go, I'll definitely try the ice cream. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff were very polite and attentive. The strawberry seemed to have a yogurt taste but also more of a raspberry flavor. I chose the mint with chocolate chip which was reminiscent of the leaf itself. It is a nice dessert place whether or not you had a big meal. Service is nice. PS there was a neat "show" if someone before you orders a toasted marshmallow.“

They had flavors I had never seen before, like yellow cherry.I tried the mangoneada which is mango, frozen mango pulp, chamoy, tajin, and tamarind. “Ice Cream is usually not my thing but when there’s a twist on it I gotta try it out. Toasted Marshmallows on top of your ice cream is definitely something different.
The ice cream isn’t bad. The flavor I chose was butter toffee I believe with the toasted marshmallow on top. The combination of the ice cream with toasted marshmallow is top tier.

However, I am from Canada, so when I registered and wanted to get my application, I couldn’t, because for iPhones from other countries they restricted access to download the application. “She is now located in front of Tere’s Boutique near the Chavez Supermarket by Middlefield Road.I love her raspados so much! I used to get them after church growing up. Her recipes are delicious and traditional. My favorite one is the raspado de Guanábana (soursop). It’s perfectly sweet and the pieces of fruit are delicious. I have also tried and liked her limon, rompope, vainilla, coco, nuez, mango con chile and chicle flavors.I recommend also trying their tostilocos with everything plus extra hot sauce. They are super delicious and a very generous size. Her fruit cups are also really good. The fruit is always perfectly ripe and fresh.Definitely recommend when you’re in Redwood City. All her antojitos are delicious, fresh and never overpriced. Great value, taste and quality.“
