“I attended a Chemex Kenz coffee tasting and love their Hambala. Their love and passion for coffee translates in the quality of their beans. I’m glad I can also enjoy their brew at Sue’s Cafe in Downtown Saratoga.“

“We had banh xeo tacos, pho banh mi dip, grilled port bahn mi.

Tacos was fantastic. Sweet, savory with right mix of crunch veges you would expect from normal bahn xeo. Essentially very very crispy banh xeo shaped like a big taco.

Dip was also great. Such a good flavor combo. Pho as a dip was just brilliant, and the green sauce added the right amount of spicy and fresh herbs, balancing out the richness of the broth.

Both of those are quite messy naturally, so I wish they gave wet towels.

All in all, very happy with the unique twists and good big flavors. Kudos to the chef.“

“Probably one of the best sandwich places in the area for the money and probably my new go-to sandwich place. The prices is lower than most of the other chain places around.

The only option for bread is sourdough and the available toppings are limited which may be a turnoff for some. However the price, quality of ingredients, clean seating area and service more than make up for it.

I ordered the Italian with spicy mustard. Good taste and blend of flavors without anything over powering. I love the sandwich assembly line setup they have, food gets made quickly.“

“Discovered this amazing place with my Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains passport and couldn’t be more thankful. Hands down the best Santa Cruz Mountains vineyard I have been to yet. The hospitality was amazing (our server was Rachel)! We did the Largo flight and the wines were so good that I walked away with a bottle of the cab 🍷 I also recommended their charcuterie, it had a lot of verity in the packaging and was served with a side of crackers. For sure will be back soon!“

“Loma Brewing was an awesome place to have our party. Their food was delicious, the space was fabulous and the staff were incredible. They were so easy to work with and made the planning and day of so easeful. I felt so supported. I highly recommend them for events and also just a night out!

“I clicked that I don’t recommend the winery but it changed to I do. Loma Prieta used to be my favorite winery. The ambiance was great & everyone was so friendly. I would leave with 1-2 cases each visit. The last couple times I did wine club pickups I was so disappointed. The winery is run totally different! It is not the fun place it used to be. I’m considering cancelling both my wine clubs memberships there.“

“Had my engagement party here in early December 2025 and it was a hit! While email correspondence was sometimes slow, everything was in order when we got there on the day and the team at Hapa's were all really kind, accommodating, and fun! I was able to rent out the inside portion of the brewery, decorate, and choose my own music. The brews are always great, and the food was good. Everything went smoothly on the day of, and I still get compliments from friends and family on how it was a great place for our party. Highly recommend renting it out if you're looking for a place to celebrate an event!“

“Croissant Bakery was such a nice spot to visit! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Paz at the front was especially helpful, super sweet, and great energy. She really made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again for sure!!“

“I recently photographed a wedding at Regale Winery and I must say I’m wowed by my experience there! The staff were all incredibly kind, thorough and communicate which is a huge plus for making sure the day runs smooth. From a photography standpoint, the whole venue was beautiful - tons of little corners and backdrops that made for great photo ops. In April, the flowers were in full bloom and overall the decor, architecture & landscaping gave a romantic “Tuscan villa” vibe.

Another plus is that both the bride and groom had spacious and photogenic areas for their getting ready space. This is actually really hard to come by in my experience but makes a big difference! The groom got ready in the Barrel / Tasting Room (where later the open dancing was held), and the bride had a huge bridal suite with multiple bathrooms and a view overlooking the venue grounds. The bride had fun peeking through the windows down at her guests arriving before the ceremony.

Overall, I loved not only the look of this venue but also my experience working there! Would definitely love to work there again soon.

“Truly, I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but based on what happened tonight it is warranted. My two allergy kids wanted some pizza, it needs to be gluten free and dairy free. We called them we spoke to two different people at the restaurant they said that's totally okay, we will charge you 18, we're going to do the kids pizza for the allergies needed. When we drove all the way to pick it up for dinner ,they said sorry we tried to call you and tell you but we're going to charge you $50 because we have to make it large. First of all I checked my phone no one called us. They called someone else. Which really shows how unorganized the restaurant is. And second of all they had absolutely no remorse. Espically the manager. In the end I refuse to pay for something that I was lied to. And I feel like they should have still honored the price due to what they told us. It's not my fault that nobody knows what to do there. And it's affecting the customers. I hope the owner and others reads this and teaches his staff to not punish the customer for their own negligence. It just makes me think what else do they do? this is the los gatos location.“

“We’ve been to this places twice for wine tasting in the past but the bistro didn’t open at that time. So we went on Sunday for special Mother’s Day brunch and give it a try. My sister is their member so we can order five different entries from their set menu. We had Shakshuka , Benedict eggs, avocado and salmon with bread , duck fried rice and special charcuterie.
The taste of all dishes are amazing. The duck meat is very well seasoned so it is not gamey at all .Shakshuka tastes like the one we had in Jerusalem.
Nice and friendly service. We can’t wait to come back again for their regular meal.“

“We held our wedding afterparty at Gardino’s in August 2026. Pete and his staff did an excellent job hosting us! They kept Gardino’s open late on a Sunday night and provided us full bar service and served up garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, french fries, and tiramisu. The service was reasonably priced with no minimums or buy out fee. Pete was very easy to work with and flexible to our preferences. Our guests all had a great time and were able to spread out around the restaurant and even make use of the tables on the patio outside. The planning for this event was pretty freeform; we worked out the details with Pete a couple weeks prior to the wedding on the phone and there was no contract. Nevertheless, the event took place without a hitch and we are very happy with how it all turned out! And the italian slushies were delicious!!“

“Super amazing range of products and flavors. They have specific days (Tues, Thurs, Sun) for tart flavors but I came on a Friday and the lady suggested the lemon meringue pie soft serve and it was perfectly lemony light and refreshing. I also tried their banana caramel chocolate chip ice cream and it was so light creamy and genuinely banana! There was actual small pieces of banana and the dark chocolate chips mixed in. Not too sweet, and sososo good. They dont mix the yogurt and ice cream since the scoops for each are priced differently.

They even have a section of pup friendly treats and sososo many flavors of dole whip! The lady said she'd been making yogurt for 20 years and I can taste that expertise. Highly recommend. Parking might be tough but the area is walkable and lots of public parking lots within a 5 min walk“
