“We’ve been to this places twice for wine tasting in the past but the bistro didn’t open at that time. So we went on Sunday for special Mother’s Day brunch and give it a try. My sister is their member so we can order five different entries from their set menu. We had Shakshuka , Benedict eggs, avocado and salmon with bread , duck fried rice and special charcuterie.
The taste of all dishes are amazing. The duck meat is very well seasoned so it is not gamey at all .Shakshuka tastes like the one we had in Jerusalem.
Nice and friendly service. We can’t wait to come back again for their regular meal.“

“The restaurant is beautiful and the service is great! The food was good but nothing special which is why I give it 3 stars. The one actual negative thing I have to share is that the dessert was not good at all. We got two orders of churros, they were burnt to a crisp, very very dry and flavorless. The chocolate dip it came with was so sour it was not good at all (and this is coming from someone addicted to chocolate).“

The presentation was unlike any other steakhouse I've been to—the steak arrived perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. What surprised me pleasantly was their unique twist on the starter; instead of the usual bread, we were served a delightful plate of fresh vegetables with a decadent cheese dipping sauce—a refreshing change that set the tone for the meal ahead. “My partner and I have finally found a place to watch early morning English Championship matches in San Jose!
Jack’s coffee and tea is pretty darn good and their ginger beer is A+. The staff is really warm and welcoming. They put a couple of TVs on just for us to watch the matches. We were the only folks in the place for the early morning matches and the midday matches are pretty quiet as well.
Extra bonus for it being pet friendly! Our dog was super pleased with his whole family sports adventure.
Next time, we may order breakfast or lunch to be delivered.“

“The Last Round Tavern is a great spot for pizza, drinks, and out of this world good meatballs. The pizza comes out hot and flavorful, with a satisfying crust, plenty of toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. “Great local hangout with 1 pool table and darts. Karaoke rocks. Bartenders are fantastic at making drinks, and creating comfortable vibe. BE SURE TO GET THE JELLO SHOTS! Best in all nay area, and 4-6 different flavors such as guava made with rum and spicy mango made with tequila. Only 2 shots for $6! I got a buzz off 4, and had to Uber home!!!!“

“Alter ego has fabulous cocktails, atmosphere and service. I’ve had the cantaloop, Prima vida (I think that’s the name), and Buster + Babs, and all were delicious. I’ve also had their dessert, which at least now is vanilla gelato, almond streusel and black sesame fudge, and it is a 10/10.
Reservations recommended. Looking forward to returning for the Halloween menus, and to try more of their food!“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Sushi Heaven! Annie was our waitress, and she is absolutely delightful — full of happiness, positive energy, and genuinely good vibes. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent. My salmon teriyaki was cooked perfectly, and the salmon and tuna sashimi were both fresh and delicious.
The restaurant has a really nice, friendly atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. Great food, great service, and a welcoming ambiance. We’ll definitely be back!“

Slight bite, but not over powering. Great flavor! My partner had a regular dog sans onions. I can see WHY they have won awards. We also had the meatballs. They were amazing! “It's my first time coming here. Street parking or paid parking lot only. Outdoor and indoor dining. Limited seating inside. Their menu is simple and yet offers enough choices for customers. I love the amount of craft beer choices. I'm glad they support a local craft brewery.
I ordered their No. 1 Hot Chicken Nashville Style Sandwich with fries. I was not disappointed at all. The chicken was crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. The spiciness was perfect for me. Their fries were thick and well done.
The only thing that needs to improve is the hospitality of the cashier. She seemed like she had a long day based on her flat affect. She did not welcome customers coming in or checked if they liked their food. Other than that, this place rocks!“

“Been hitting Normandy House a few weeks while on a temp gig in Santa Clara—in from cowboy country where a solid where a still shot is sometimes mandatory after a long day.
The Pareto thing always cracks me up: 20% of people do 80% of the work, and 80% of the gripes come from the other 20% like some clown reviews here. But everybody here has been super cool to this out-of-towner.
Trin especially—she makes a killer Long Island, best around and always keeps things chill.
Great spot, 5 stars easy. Gonna miss it when I head home.“

“Went in last night 10/14/2026 for a company dinner of 8 guests, our waiter Andres was super attentive and made this function worth remembering. We sat in the patio for a lovely evening. From the top shelf Margaritas that he recommended to the perfectly cooked pulpo a la parrilla, the amazing tableside guac and of course Andres's exceptional service : I'll be back just for him!“
