Nice community/family environment with lots of options for everyone. It’s like an indoor food court in downtown San Jose. Issues are that it’s only online card payments and they expect a tip even if no one actually talks to or serves you. I’m cool to tip well, but I expect a person to be there to provide the service you’re topping for.
The food is pretty ok, the environment is very nice, especially if you want to watch a hockey game or hang with friends. Definitely recommend going at the same time as the jazz festival to hear some local artists play.
