Toasts (tostas) are HUGE. Literally. We had read that portions could be small as a problem and therefore we asked for two toasts and a "brocheta". Toasts were huge. With two toasts you could have lunch if you are not very hungry. Bacalao and ventresca de atún were more than ok. Good price/quality ratio and very helpful and nice staff
We stopped in for an early lunch while on a very short stay in Badajoz. My wife ordered an Ensalada Miscuit de Pato which was almost frighteningly enormous. And delicious! I order the Tosta Espárragos with Quail Eggs. Wow! Beautiful, tasty and not too heavy. We both highly recommend this restaurant if you like good food.
