Carl's Jr Reviews
Management is terrible. Refuses to acknowledge a problem and pushes responsibility to front line cashiers that don't have the authority to help even if they want to.
My son, like a lot of children at his young age didn't alert me to his need to use the bathroom until he was in an almost dire situation. He's not shy, so he ran ahead of me into this establishment and asked if he could use the restroom. I truly despise companies that have no compassion. I understand that a business's bottom line is to make a profit, but they also rely on customers and repeat business to make that profit. Carl's Jr. is a 24-hour location, which is a massive plus for late-night food cravings. The burgers are always thick and filling, and the food is consistently cooked to the same solid standard. Customers appreciate that the food is hot, fresh, and reliably satisfying. Specific meals mentioned include the Western Bacon combo with cross cut fries and pink lemonade, the famous star combo, and items like the santa fe chicken tender wrap and chicken stars. The fries are a real highlight—hot, steamy, and perfectly cooked with the right salt and a crisp outside while staying tender inside. The milkshakes are also a favorite, served anytime of the night without being turned down.
However, late-night service can be a bit careless. The dining room is pretty messy, and orders are often incomplete, with sauces like ranch and BBQ frequently forgotten. The drive thru can be slower than other fast food joints, taking about 5-6 minutes even with no cars in front. Some drinks, like the coke and root beer, taste tainted by old hoses. The food can be a little pricey, but overall, it is worth it for freshly made, consistent quality. Just beware that staff may be forgetful or stingy with sauces. It is an okay option when no other choice is available late at night.
