“Very friendly staff, delicious giant almond croissant.
Our frother was sooo good. Simple steamed oatmilk with honey and cinnamon. Spanish latte was good but too sweet.
The garden by the patio is beautiful and quiet. The walk around the coastline and park nearby was very nice early in the morning.
We really appreciate how early the coffee shop was open! Would definitely go again.“

“The food was surprisingly tasty! I especially liked the garlic fries, they had just the right amount of Parmesan, garlic and crispiness. Also, notice how cute their bathroom is. “My friend and I had breakfast at Evarits’s Comal this morning and it was FABULOUS! My veggie eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked, with one of the best hollandaise sauces I’ve ever tasted. The fruit accompaniment was delicious and fresh. Service was on point. I even got serenaded and served a yummy dessert when they found out it was my birthday. I wholly recommend this excellent restaurant!“

“This place was great! I'm usually not super in the mood for falafel because it so often is the only option for me. But their falafel plate was really quite varied and delicious. However, the main attraction here is definitely the vegan tahini soft serve which is UNBELIEVABLY delicious. They even serve it Dubai chocolate style-also vegan! It came with a "magic" hard chocolate shell, pistachios, and kataifi. I was in heaven. Definitely coming back!!“

“We were greeted with smile right when we walked in. Served glasses and a pitcher of water. The coffee was great, needed that pick me up to start my day. The food is handmade, hand baked with lots of love. Fresh produce and meat and you can tell the difference in freshness here. “I absolutely despise this place! NOT BECAUSE THE DOZEN GLAZED I GOT WAS BAD.....BUT BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE THIS PLACE BACK EAST AND I WAS RAISED ON DUNKIN DONUTS....I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BEST! THEY LIED TO ME! I HAD NO IDEA SUCH A GLAZED DONUT EXISTED. WHEN I WALKED IN THERE AT 0544 AND SAW THE DONUTS IN THE DISPLAY CASE THE GATES OF HEAVEN OPENED AND THE ANGELS SANG! “We rented bikes from specialized and needed a quick meal. This place is amazing. The sandwiches, the momos, the muffins, the chai tea .... everything was amazing. The owner couldn't have been nicer. We loved it so much we ate there the next day too when we rented bikes.“

“If you want Vietnamese cuisine in a fancy plate and atmosphere, this is the place you are looking for. Judging from the menu, it looks like an American / Vietnamese fusion or hybrid style restaurant to me.
The restaurant settings look modern, neat and spacious (not overly crowded). The host and waiters were nice, we felt welcome. It was a Saturday noon time, but no wait.
We ordered a cocktail (Kiss my grass), a Vietnamese sandwich that comes with a soup (Pho Bahn Mi Dip), and a Big Hass Omelette that looks more like an Asian style. Overall, they all tasted good. The presentation of the food is nice. The portion is a bit small, IMO, given the price of each dish.
As I was eating my sandwich, I kept thinking in my head - is it really worth paying for this? After all, I was not just paying for the food, I also paid for using the fancy plate, utensils, and enjoying the restaurant settings. I was not getting a to-go sandwich.
It was our first time trying out this restaurant, the host and the food were good. It is worth a 4-star ratings, but the value proposition didn't quite work for me.“

“We had such a wonderful experience at MJA thanks to Ron! We were a bit overwhelmed by the size of the wine list and thankful that Ron guided us through our tasting. It felt like we were at the tasting with an old friend! We were very impressed with each wine we tasted. And highly recommend stopping in!“
