Nice "local pub" atmosphere.Friendly service.Good conversation.Jovile, easy-going mountain folk.REFRESHING is the best word to describe Montys Log Cabin.Parking: Not many spaces. You may have to hike a bit.Considering Henry Cowel Redwoods State Park is literally across the street...Walking to park the car isn't exactly an inconvenience.
Log Cabin does not disappoint.Full disclosure: I've been here a dozen times. So this is hardly a first review.It's a true old style road house located a half mile out of Felton.( on a side note there are 3 bars to see on highway 9. Monty Log Cabin. Henflings, and Joe's. In the towns of Felton, Ben Lomond, and Boulder creek respectively)I digress. Log cabin is the best bar in Felton. Just put in one of my under water fountain lights in Monty's patio area. Check it out at night. So nice to have a waterfall in the outside area. I will be adding other color effect lights at Monty's in the future. Time to do a Tiki Night at Monty's Log Cabin in Felton. Bring on the tropical rom drinks and tiki music!
