Sante Adairius Rustic Ales offers an exceptional beer selection; the highlighted brew was particularly noteworthy. The accompanying pizza surpassed expectations, boasting delicious flavors. Keep in mind that the brewery tends to get quite busy around 5 o'clock, so plan accordingly. Additionally, it's a very kid-friendly place, making it a great option for families.
We visited Sante Adairius and Bookie's Pizza for the first time last weekend. Due to a mix up our credit card was accidentally given to someone else. When we discovered the error the next day, Jay went out of his way to figure out what happened, was honest and owned it, and managed to track down the person who had our card. This place has fantastic beers on draught and deep dish pizza. The soft pretzels are some of the best I've had, and the relaxed atmosphere is wonderful, too. Highly recommended, especially if you're a fan of sours!
