This place has fantastic beers on draught and deep dish pizza. The soft pretzels are some of the best I've had, and the relaxed atmosphere is wonderful, too. Highly recommended, especially if you're a fan of sours!

It was an unpleasant experience. The pizza took 56 minutes. There was no indication it would take this long. We asked for updates and were told “go to Pizza My Heart, it’s where you belong.” Very defensive attitude. Unnecessary. Just a little transparency and honesty would have gone a long way. Sad.

Sante Adairius Rustic Ales offers an exceptional beer selection; the highlighted brew was particularly noteworthy. The accompanying pizza surpassed expectations, boasting delicious flavors. Keep in mind that the brewery tends to get quite busy around 5 o'clock, so plan accordingly. Additionally, it's a very kid-friendly place, making it a great option for families.

We visited Sante Adairius and Bookie's Pizza for the first time last weekend. Due to a mix up our credit card was accidentally given to someone else. When we discovered the error the next day, Jay went out of his way to figure out what happened, was honest and owned it, and managed to track down the person who had our card. He was generous to us as he acknowledged the inconvenience, even to the point of making right the mistakes of others. We will definitely be back for another honest brew and delicious deep dish pizza.

One of the standout features of this brewery is their mouthwatering deep dish pizzas with a variety of toppings. The combo of the rich , flaky crust and the generous toppings was a coulinary delight. Their kale Caesar salad is delicious! It's covered with shaved Parmesan. However, the dressing was a bit too sweet to my liking and the little bread crumbs sprinkled were a minor hiccup. They were a tad too small and crunchy. Would I order the salad again? Absolutely! But I'll just get the bread crumbs and dressing on the side I couldn't resist ordering the mushroom buffalo wings. These were without a doubt the best wings I've ever had. I couldn't get enough of them! The atmosphere is super fun and kid-friendly. They have numerous board games available for patrons to enjoy. It's a great way to keep both kids and adults entertained. This place also has a small patio with heat lamps for those who prefer to enjoy the outdoors.

I've been here probably 5 or so times over the course of 4/5years? It always has had a reputation of being expensive because the beer is renowned. Perhaps the inflation hit them hard but their pretzels have gotten to absurdly small sizes. $10 for this masterpiece. Better to just eat at CHK then come here after? Beer is decent.

Well it was an interesting place. The beer I had was good. Pizza was good. Different and very expensive. Was more like a deep dish pie. I got the sausage because the other flavors were odd.
