“My kids love this place. There are always fun new flavors. I am only docking one star because of cleaning routines. They kept the hand sanitizer up front. But on our last visit we sat and ate our yogurt and watched people walk right by it. With everyone using the handles it would be nice to see the employees wiping them down periodically. I'm hoping to not catch a cold while eating my probiotic yogurt lol“
“A small coffee bar that serves coffees/teas, boba teas, smoothies, and cold drinks. There are three self-serve FroYo (frozen yogurt) machines as well. They offer a small variety of baked goods to enjoy.The store is very clean with three tables to sit and relax in the chill atmosphere. We enjoyed the matcha latte and hot cocoa she made us with friendly service.“
“I guess what you're all looking for is a review of the food, and it is excellent. My daughter and I had mini chocolate chip cookies hot out of the oven and they were fantastic. But this review is about the kindness of one employee, who helped me after I fell hard outside the entrance to the mall. I asked for a cup of ice for my badly bruised hands and offered to pay for the cup. She waved away my offer, agreed to give me ice, and suggested that I ask customer service/security for an ice pack that would last longer. They only had bandages, so I went back to Sherri's, where the employee not only gave me ice, but blended it first so it would be more comfortable. Just before handing me the bag, she offered me and my daughter the aforementioned hot from the oven chocolate chip cookies. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. This woman changed how I felt about a pretty crappy situation, and she earned a customer for life.“
“This place is an absolute gem in the hear of Capitola. It boasts not just an extensive selection of flavors (many inspired concoctions), but the quality of the ice cream itself is PERFECT. Not too sweet, delicately creamy and just the right consistency. The real treat, however, was the guidance from Joanne, the expert behind the counter. She could describe every flavor asked, gave (generous) samples, and even offered suggestions "So, you like coffee? Sure the Kaluha is good (it was), but try this Irish Coffee (it was even better). It was just such a deliciously fun experience. Highly recommended.“
