“just phenomenal. one of the greatest stores left in america. can't tell you how much i appreciated the owner and the experience with my kids. walked in late at night to a blaring hendrix bootleg. the ice cream was fantastic. reminded me of the 90's which reminded me of the 60's. tough to beat this spot. thank god there's still a little bit of life left in this world. special spot.“

“Really good ice cream. Fresh, real fruit, real cream, and more healthy because of no syrups or additives. We passed by all the other ice cream options to go here. Apparently its New Zealand-style soft serve blended fresh to order. The fruit options seem to vary with the days/seasons, but my husband loved it. If we are in the area again, this is what we would order.“

“Amazing ice cream place. It is the place I always stop by when I visit Monterey. Like Salt & Straw, I love how Revival keeps trying new flavors. Unlike Salt & Straw though, all new flavors are credibly delicious (sometimes Salt & Straw can be too creative lol). Some seasonal flavors that I still hope they have it again is Strawberry Sherbet (taste like fresh strawberry but better, I don't know how) and birthday cake (I usually dislike birthday cake flavor since it looks colorful but unflavored. However Revival one achieves vibrant colors and flavors). Other than classics like Bee Knees, don't forget to explore new flavors as well.
UPDATE 9/22: The ice cream becomes more expensive over the years but it is still worth getting a scoop! The best deal would be single split with waffle bowl. Still under 10 dollars. BTW the apple pie flavor is my new favorite!“

“We came across Cafe Dal Mare while exploring Carmel. We tried their popular Pistachio Ricotta cake, which was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness, though it was a bit expensive. We also tried the cannoli, but it was a bit underwhelming.“

“I just wanted to write a review because my family had a really good experience with an employee here, Jenna. Jenna was super helpful when my family came here. She refilled a toppings container for us and was very nice to us. In addition, when another family came in and made a bit of a mess she was really quick to take over cleaning it up. She was just a standout there overall.“
“I went into the Broadway store a couple of weeks ago to buy a bunch of gift cards. Micheal was super helpful and patient when things weren't working for him. He was friendly and kind and despite having to process 12 separate gift cards in between customers, her maintained professionalism and was pleasant, never getting stressed. I am in customer service too and I appreciated his work and wanted to make sure he was recognized for it. I would have tipped him but I couldn't since I was making a work purchase. Thank you!!!“
“They get our business more often than not because they stay open later than most of the other ice cream shops. Parking is simple. The selections are tried, true and we've all grown up with them. The staff at this location are friendly which I give them credit for as we often come just before closing. Lots of places to chose from in the area, can't go wrong with this choice!“

“I visited the Ghirardelli ice cream and chocolate shop on a Sunday afternoon for a sweet treat. It wasn't too busy, and we got our order in around five minutes.
We got the hot fudge brownie sundae, which was absolutely delicious. It had a warm brownie with great classic ice cream, and the whole thing was very chocolatey and satisfying. Exactly the kind of thing I needed on a hotter day. The portion is a lot, we shared it among five people, and we all got enough of a sweet-craving fix from it.“

“We had a good experience visiting Baskin-Robbins.
The staff were polite and helpful during our visit. They were kind enough to check in the back and show us additional ice cream cakes that were available, which we appreciated.
This location is connected to Subway and shares the same staff. There was a good variety of ice cream cakes and frozen treats to choose from.
Overall, it was a good experience with friendly service and a nice selection.“
