“Paying for the brand... it's expensive. Back in the day (eye roll), everyone would be greeted at the front door with a piece of Ghirardelli chocolate for free. I guess not anymore :( I had a coupon for a free piece, but left it at home. Understandably, they wouldn't honor my word. The ice cream of course was delicious! We didn't have to wait long for our order. Also, I like them using sustainable spoons.“
“Chris was awesome! He was super friendly and helpful and made us two awesome sundaes that were delicious. The price is a bit up there, but that's coastal cities for you. We weren't able to finish it so at least we got the most value for our money :)“
“This spot is very hot and miss. The last two visits have been a miss for half my family and a hot for the other. This last visit my son got an old fashioned chocolate milk shake and it was pretty much the consistency of chocolate milk. I got an Oreo shake and even though it was much more "liquidy" than I'm used to I didn't mind bcuz of the Oreo cookies and we'll my daughters scoops of ice cream were just fine. I would've complained but felt the young girl behind the counter used a little to much milk, something that can easily be fixed on our next visit by asking it to be made extra thick so it's watery.“
“I took my grandchildren to get ice cream after an evening winter school program. I was distracted after the purchase and left my wallet on the counter. I did not realize it was missing until the next morning. To my shock & amazement, the employees had turned the wallet into security and I picked it up from them. The honesty and integrity of all involved was so appreciated. My faith in others is restored and I will be more careful in the future! All of that said. everyone enjoyed their ice cream. I wrote to Cold Stone's corporate office to thank them too. I am a customer for life!“
“They have a wonderful selection of gluten free items and took the time to show me. Got a gluten free cinnamon roll and it was delicious. I chose to get it without the frosting but it is available as an option if you want it. They warmed the roll for me as well.“
“One of the best cannolis I’ve ever had! Wish the filling was a wee bit more cheesy, but the shell was delicious, perfectly cooked, and didn’t taste like oil. Knocking one star because if there are more than a few guests inside, no one knows where to stand or order and the staff don’t help.“
“Super fun, classy hotdog and shake joint, in a surf/skate shack styling w/ a really nice patio area. Great food; the "tangy slaw" was a masterful, coarse chopped, mixture of red and green cabbage. The house chili was very good...if I recall it was the "Reefs" dog. The shakes we tried were great; quite impressed with the blackberry and also by the sheer number of offerings. The place just has good vibes; very friendly staff and (regular) customers alike. ...I must have been too tired to notice Kimchi on the menu before ordering and was a little heartbroken (until next time) hearing that it can be added to any menu item.“

The last few times I've been my eyes have wandered toward their selection of Marianne's ice cream, which prompted many questions about the flavors, and all of my questions have been met with the friendliest suggestions. In a day and age where good customer service is questionable, it's nice to experience great customer service.“
“Loved the sherbets best was lemon (lime?) mango was ok was hoping for pomegranate but did not have. Limited English and a bit challenging when ordering due to 3 stores in one and no prices on the ice cream - unclear if topping available and no menu visible to me for drinks. Loved the low sugar content and freshness though!“
“Saw that there was a huge line the night before and had to try it out the next day. The ice cream is good but it was melting super fast (it was not hot that day). I got the banana caramel with a waffle cone. The waffle cones here are different than what I am use to. They are not crispy/crunchy but more soft and they kind of tasted like a cookie.“
