I took my grandchildren to get ice cream after an evening winter school program. I was distracted after the purchase and left my wallet on the counter. I did not realize it was missing until the next morning. To my shock & amazement, the employees had turned the wallet into security and I picked it up from them. The guy with curly hair was friendly. The guy with glasses seems very disinterested in his work. One employee was on their phone while behind the counter. One employee behind the counter was talking with friends. Only two people actually working. The two who were actually working did a good job of keeping the lines moving. Very poor customer service! I ordered a small-sized ice cream cake online 7 days ahead of the birthday party and prepaid for it. When I arrived to pick it up, the girl at the counter “couldn’t find it”. She tried calling her manager but they didn’t answer. She found the same cake in the large size in their freezer but insisted on charging me the additional $10 price difference!
