I walked in and the girl working at the counter was so rude I turned around and walked out. Life is too short to put up with bad customer service.

I took my grandchildren to get ice cream after an evening winter school program. I was distracted after the purchase and left my wallet on the counter. I did not realize it was missing until the next morning. To my shock & amazement, the employees had turned the wallet into security and I picked it up from them. The honesty and integrity of all involved was so appreciated. My faith in others is restored and I will be more careful in the future! All of that said. everyone enjoyed their ice cream. I wrote to Cold Stone's corporate office to thank them too. I am a customer for life!

The guy with curly hair was friendly. The guy with glasses seems very disinterested in his work. One employee was on their phone while behind the counter. One employee behind the counter was talking with friends. Only two people actually working. The two who were actually working did a good job of keeping the lines moving. How can you go wrong with ice cream. And yet every time I eat there I feel sick after. I can eat store bought ice cream but each year I try it again and I have a stomach ache from this place. Always a line, busy place, lots of fun options, fun stop to make for the kids. They have one sugar free option, wish they'd add to that.

Customer service is Zero. Very biased, unprofessional. Cold stone In Monterey .I went with my friends to enjoy some ice cream from cold Stone. We waited for a long time then a young guy just skipped our turn and served another group just because they are white. Even when I wanted to pay he makes me wait for a long time until I ask home if it is free.Unrecommended place for any one.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Did I mentions slow service? The people working there on 09/09/2023 around 2 to 3:30 pm must be "special" or something. Horrible service. 60 year old local man with wife and two grandkids. Our order was wrong.....asked for strawberry cheescake ice cream (which I have gotten dozens of times) and they gave me vanilla ice cream with some strawberries on top? Was not worth the time or effort to try and get the order corrected. This place used to be pretty good. The last two times........it likes their high or something. Not sure where the owner get's their employee's from but it tell's us that going back.......is not an option anymore. There are better places nearby. I would NOT reccomend this place.

would give zero stars if I could. 20 minutes before closing time, a ton of staff inside and the doors are locked. Rude response from inside and they refuse to serve us. I hope they get shut down and lose their jobs cause they clearly don't want our business.

Came here for the first time with my kids as a celebration today. They didn't mix in any of our toppings. Two of us ordered gummy bears and were given 5 of them. It was an incredible disappointment. Particularly because my oldest wanted her favorite, mint chocolate chip, so I ordered her mint with chocolate chips to be mixed in. Once she ate the top layer, all she had was mint ice cream and was disappointed. We came to Cold Stone specifically because I wanted my kids to experience the toppings being mixed in. We could go anywhere and get ice cream with toppings AND get more of them. Probably won't be back.

Very poor customer service! I ordered a small-sized ice cream cake online 7 days ahead of the birthday party and prepaid for it. When I arrived to pick it up, the girl at the counter “couldn’t find it”. She tried calling her manager but they didn’t answer. She found the same cake in the large size in their freezer but insisted on charging me the additional $10 price difference! She had a very poor attitude and didn’t understand that they were at fault and should just have given me the larger size for no extra charge. The red velvet ice cream cake was delicious, but I will never pre-order anything from this store again.
Extremely rude staff, disorganized, haphazardly run place, they need new management.

i’ve gone to this coldstone many times and have had nothing but amazing experiences ! the customer service is amazing and the employees are extremely helpful. the ice cream is also some of the best in the area!

The service is one of the best I've seen in so long! They attended me after hours, and they offered me the same to take my order and on top of that delivered by the staff themselves!Regarding the flavors of ice cream, they are very rich, a lot of variety. Prices can be a little higher than other ice cream shops in its class, but they are well worth it.

Currently at this location. There is a worker at the counter with all lights on and all doors locked. He is motioning no and waving multiple people away, despite the sign on their door (and their google overview which was recently verified by the store itself) stating they are open until 11 pm. Would give 0 stars if possible.
