“1st time trying this place...Texas Hot Dog is freaking amazing!! Chilli, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, bacon + the hot dog it self has a snap and grilled to perfection! Watsonville has a new king of HOT DOGS ? Taylor's just doesn't cut it anymore since years ago. You got to try them.“

“So good, their diablito (lime ice cream with chamoy, chili candy) was not sour but still tasted like Mexican lime. I love that they had small & large sizes, not just one size. They also had chongos (dessert made of curled milk), which I ordered with no expectations, but to my surprise they tasted just like my grandmas. Very clean place. The girl who helped us was very friendly & patient with my kids, I just wished the kids could see the ice cream, regardless I’ll be back plenty of times. 10/10. I“

“The lady was kind and accommodating. She seemed to know everyone who came in and was just a warm soul. She gave a good amount of ice cream for the price we paid. It is cash only so be prepared. The ice cream was good. One of the better oreo flavored ice creams I have had.“

“Sure, it's clean and convenient but what makes this Fosters special is the soft serve.
The soft serve is kept below it's critical temperature in such a way that it gets slightly firmer once dispensed for better mouth-feel and a less-hurried cone experience. No runny soft serve here! You have to maintain your machines a bit better and spend a little more in power to keep then cold and able to do this, so it's not an accident but an effort. Best soft serve around, I'm just sad my local fosters won't do the work to be this good!“

I feel they deserve all the recognition, they have been established for more than 15 years; their service, and quality has ALWAYS been upket! Safe to say I recommend this shop to you and your family. A hidden gem in Watsonville Btw. My personal favorites on the menu is anything with their delicious cheese accompanied with their signature horchata.“
