After a day at Capitola Beach nothing better than Polar Bear Ice Cream to cool off
All vegan flavors were coconut based which usually isn’t my favorite base but I tried a few flavors and they were all good. Ended up going with the chocolate Oreo and it was excellent…they didn’t skimp on the Oreos.

Their Oreo Fudge Ripple Ice Cream was so delicious, I went back twice to get it! They have a couple of vegan options, when I was there I saw three sorbets and three non-dairy ice creams. Love the variety!
