great customer service and good ice cream
Social awareness + great service = loyal customers. The gentleman (I’m assuming he’s the owner) kindly offered me a generous scoop of the 1020 flavor to try without me even asking. That small gesture really stood out and made the experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Happy Scoops Ice Cream is a wonderful local ice cream shop that serves high quality, local Santa Cruz Mariannes's ice cream. The shop is kept very clean and everything is outlined neatly. The owner and son are local, very friendly, and incredible—offering generous scoops and going overboard on servings without being asked. The staff are equally good and interested in ice cream. There are lots of delicious flavors, including a 1020 flavor and a banana ice cream flavor that stands out. They also have some of the best milkshakes. Customers get a health sized scoop, making the value better than other places. Great service and amazing customer service create loyal customers, and the shop is a great place to go for the best ice cream in town.
