Philz is iconic but I’m not sure my understanding of light roast and theirs are the same. Big caveat: I’m a newbie coffee snob and they’re an industry leader and one of the pioneers of third wave coffee. That being said, Ambrosia of the Gods tasted dark to me.Otherwise, staff is friendly, store is cute and located in a nice plaza. I like it, I’ll come back and try another coffee sometime!

Walked in for the first time a little overwhelmed by the choices. I’ve never been to a coffee place like this. But the young man at the counter was wonderful! He was so kind and patient and seemed to genuinely like what he was doing. That’s so rare anymore! I hope someone recognizes Sergio for a 5star experience! I’m just visiting here, but I will make it a point to stop by every time I’m in town! Ps. The coffee is excellent!
