“I always love my experience here at The Diner of Los Gatos when I come into the area to visit family. We come here every time, a tradition. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and it’s a fun place to bring my grandson.“

“We held our wedding afterparty at Gardino’s in August 2026. Pete and his staff did an excellent job hosting us! They kept Gardino’s open late on a Sunday night and provided us full bar service and served up garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, french fries, and tiramisu. The service was reasonably priced with no minimums or buy out fee. Pete was very easy to work with and flexible to our preferences. Our guests all had a great time and were able to spread out around the restaurant and even make use of the tables on the patio outside. The planning for this event was pretty freeform; we worked out the details with Pete a couple weeks prior to the wedding on the phone and there was no contract. Nevertheless, the event took place without a hitch and we are very happy with how it all turned out! And the italian slushies were delicious!!“

It was a pleasant surprise that they recognized us months after our first visit and even remembered my girlfriend's preferred wine! I love to sit out on the patio and get some sunshine and I like that they do a stamp card when you buy beer to go. “I've been coming here for years. Hasn't changed one bit. Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing. Plenty of TVs to watch sporting events and always cold beers. Luckily we just moved back to the area and we picked an apartment right around the corner. So this will be my new home.“

“Stopped by on a lazy Saturday early afternoon. Was pretty quiet for lunch (which I like). We sat at the bar and had a pizza and some beer. There was a pretty good selection of beers that were also uploaded to the untapped app.
I like the old school vibe of the place, very 'little Italy', bar was marble and the whole place was put together very well, lots of unique and quirky items about the place.
There is a larger seating area on the other side of the bar which also had a large selection of wines adorning the wall, that section had a more moody ambience. I preferred the bar area.
Bathrooms were super clean.
I really liked the pizza which felt like it came out almost instantly after we ordered. Staff were very efficient.
After eating and drinking we were pretty stuffed. Would stop by again.

“This is some of the best Thai food I have found in the Bay Area. Their curries in particular have quite a smooth flavor - I would recommend the Panang, the Red, or the Massaman. I find it hard to tear myself away from those, but when I do, I have had an enjoyable time with both the Pad Thai and the Pad See Ew. And if one is getting takeout and wants rice to eat later, the Siam Fried Rice is great. Tomato in fried rice is not something I have seen before, but it tastes great in this! Frankly, I'm surprised I rarely have to worry about getting a spot - this place is astonishingly under-utilized for being so amazing. Probably because a lot of folks do not know about them, but they keep my vegetarian partner well fed, and she is a bit of a picky eater besides, so I would like to keep them around and in business! Finally, they are doing an amazing job of staying open and efficient during the Covid-19 crisis, implementing better order/online and cheap delivery options. Thank you so much Thai Erawan for doing a great job, and I hope more people eat there so that you can always be around! (Oh, and the heart-shaped rice-moulds just happened to be very on point the first few times I brought my partner there - so extra points in my book for that!)“

“My husband and I are regulars since we work nearby. We usually order the shrimp burrito, shrimp tacos, camarones a la diabla, or salsa. The food is consistently good, as is the service. You can also order larger portions of the salsa separately, which we like to enjoy at home. Everyone we have referred to this restaurant has also enjoyed it and is surprised by the affordable costs and generous portions. It's not fancy or trendy, but it's comfortable and nice. Every interaction we've had with the staff has been very friendly. They also have tasty churros that you can order with different fillings.“

“This was not your normal hotel bar. The food was excellently prepared daily by a chef who possesses talent and vision. The bar staff were so attentive and helpful, I may adopt them both. “Swung by for some Mexican food while coming to a karaoke night. I thought the caldo de res was excellent, very light and comforting. Also gave a large portion of meat. Shrimp combo plate was not bad either. Guacamole was fresh and tasty. Chips and salsa could have been improved upon, though, it tasted store bought. Pricing was a bit high but reasonable given the portion sizes. Small parking lot.“
