10 Best Bakeries in Los Gatos

“Let me start by saying I am a big cookie fan however I tend to stick to the basics. Chocolate chip cookies are by far the best cookie ever made and my goto cookie.

The Pudge chocolate chip cookies at Batch 22 is something I really wanted to like. However the chocolate chip to cookie ratio is way off. They need to have bigger chocolate chips and 2x more of them in the cookie. I expect every bite of a chocolate chip in it (minus the last bite) and this is not close. Most bites had no chocolate chips. I had ~3 of them over a period of time to confirm my findings so it was not an off batch where someone skimmed on the chocolate chips. If you are looking for a good chocolate chip cookie I would avoid this.

With the above said, they have a very good dark chocolate orange cookie. Not my goto cookie but a nice treat to have from time to time. I will be back for that one!“

“I stopped here this morning just to get some GF food. I have never been here before and heard about it from a coworker and wanted to try it.
The bakery is inside of the Polenteria restaurant (see pic for guidance to the entrance). The closest parking is the lot surrounding Victory Lane. I was able to find a spot when I arrived around 11 am Thursday even though it was fairly full.
I checked the restaurants menu when I got home and found out it had an 'entire gluten free Italian menu'. Now I have to go back for dinner sometime.
I got a 3 pack of Jalapeno bagels for $12, 2 large cookies at $5 each, and a brownie for $9. It was pricier than another GF bakery I had recently visited in another town.“
