“I guess what you're all looking for is a review of the food, and it is excellent. My daughter and I had mini chocolate chip cookies hot out of the oven and they were fantastic. But this review is about the kindness of one employee, who helped me after I fell hard outside the entrance to the mall. I asked for a cup of ice for my badly bruised hands and offered to pay for the cup. She waved away my offer, agreed to give me ice, and suggested that I ask customer service/security for an ice pack that would last longer. They only had bandages, so I went back to Sherri's, where the employee not only gave me ice, but blended it first so it would be more comfortable. Just before handing me the bag, she offered me and my daughter the aforementioned hot from the oven chocolate chip cookies. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. This woman changed how I felt about a pretty crappy situation, and she earned a customer for life.“
“We first discovered the store in the Brown Center, Capitola back in November (I think right time), and have returned many times. Great selection of flavored cakes and frostings. We purchased a few boxes of small cakes for friends on each visit, great gifts.“

“Had to wait a little. But I was in no rush. I got the mile high bagel sandwich, blueberry muffin, and latte. Everything was delicious. The sandwich looks small, but it was super filling. The bagel tasted like it was freshly made. It was soft and airy and nicely toasted. Very delicious! It's definitely worth the wait. Love to support local cafes. This one is in a quiet part of town by the bus station, and there's a library across the street. Not too much car traffic on a Monday morning.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. “Love Pacific Cookie Company they are truly the best cookies in town other than my homemade cookies I make. The renovations that they have done to the store on pacific garden mall which is the flagship store are beautiful. I just love the colors and it just brightens up the place. You can't go wrong with any of the cookies. My favorite is still just the chocolate chip, but the almond joe and dr.midnight are all in my top 3 rotations every time I go. I also like that they still have bags of days olds that you can purchase for a discounted rate and trust me they are just as good a day or so later. All you have to do is wrap them in a wet paper towel and put them I. The microwave for about 15-20 seconds and they are perfect.“
