If you want authentic Italian pastries, this is the place to go. The bakery is small(inside a restaurant), but the staff is amazing - they can tell you a story about each dessert, and every day they have something new, so you can never get bored of the selection.As for the desserts themselves, they are just spectacular - my wife and I tried about 5 different ones and each one had something I remembered. Just go and taste for yourselves!
Absolutely delicious treats! I tried the small versions of all the desserts on offer. The opera cake and the one with the orange were the highlights. I also enjoyed the service with them patiently explaining what each dessert was. Must try in Santa Cruz! It's part of the Italian restaurant itself and highly recommended.

Best patisserie in the area, hands down! Their baba by far the best I have eaten! And I have eaten a lot of babas, even in Italy. Their prices are a little high, but they use \\\"real\\\" ingredients instead of powdered eggs and milk, corn syrup, hydrogenated fats.
