I won’t leave low rating because I understand how hard it is to do business with CA overhead. However I’m leaving my constructive feedback below:
Pros:
- pastries are pretty good and I enjoyed my coffee
- space is large with plenty of seating
Cons:
- front end needs to be trained on customer service. No greeting. People behind me in line serviced before me.
- some cafe music could liven the atmosphere.

My wife and I are from Kansas City, and we’ve been to lots of French style bakeries and restaurants. This was the first place we tried when we got into Scotts Valley. First off, Wilson and Robert are completely fantastic, these gentleman take pride in their work, service, all of it!! Robert even wrote us a list of places to see and food to try while we were there.
