I became acquainted with Black China bakery through purchasing their vegan cakes at Whole Foods in Santa Cruz. Katelin made an entirely vegan wedding cake for us. We sent her ideas for the cake and she brought our vision to life. The cake turned out amazing. It was beautiful, decorated like something from a wedding magazine, and most importantly, tasted incredible. The cake wasn’t too sweet, was moist, and rich in flavor. Our guests truly enjoyed it.
