“I ordered an eggless and sugar-substituted birthday cake for my mom and was trying this place for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience right from placing an order to pick up. I was able to customise the cake to be eggless, sugar-free and less creamy. The cake was very tasty, soft and just as desired!
Dietary restrictions: Eggless & sugar-free cake options available“

“I live about an hour and a half away from the nearest Chinatown, and so I never get bak thong koh (steamed rice cake) any more. Visiting my aunt and uncle in Mtn View provided me an opportunity to stop by this lovely little bakery and try their rice cake, and I am so glad I did! Perfect texture, perfect taste. The baked char siu bao are also really good!
They only take cash, but there's an ATM a couple blocks down the street (in the direction of the Maison Alyzée next door). Stop by and get some good food!“

“Really delicious macarons! I normally don’t like cream and this was very smooth, soft, buttery but not sharply sweet or sickly. Recommend creme brûlée one! Macaron texture was chewy and nice maybe slightly stale because end of day but still would go back for more. Do not recommend latte- not well blended or tasty. Still a cute small business and worth it for macaron and want to try choux buns next time!“

“I recently visited Alexander's Patisserie, and it’s safe to say this is not your average bakery. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a stunning display of pastries and cakes that are nothing short of edible art. The attention to detail in the design is incredible each treat feels like a masterpiece made just for you. Whether you’re looking for a show stopping cake for a special event or just a beautiful pastry to brighten your day, this bakery delivers on creativity.
But it’s not all about looks. The flavors live up to the aesthetic, and then some. Every bite bursts with rich, fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced, and undeniably delicious. The croissants are buttery and flaky, And the unique flavor combinations make for a memorable experience.
However, all this artistry comes with a price. While the quality is undeniable, the prices are on the higher side, which might make it more of an occasional indulgence rather than a daily treat. If you’re looking for something special and don’t mind paying a bit extra for both taste and presentation, this bakery is“

“This is one of the coffee shops I occasionally visit to have a coffee and get some work done. The coffee is acceptable, and they offer a great selection of cookies and pastries, which are nice to have as a snack. The environment is decent for working or relaxing, though their restrooms could definitely be cleaner. Overall, it's a decent spot for a casual visit, but there's room for improvement in cleanliness.“

“I feel so lucky to have this bakery in the South Bay. It is INCREDIBLE to say the least.
Highly recommend the following:
- Tomatoes Cheese Sourdough Bread: You get the satisfaction of their sourdough but with a savory and sweet addition with the tomatoes and cheese. It blew my mind.
- Jar Cakes: I've tried their Mixed Berry, Ruby Chocolate, and Apple Pie (preference in this order). Mixed Berry is my favorite so far--light and fluffy with a gentle tang from the fruits. Ruby Chocolate was pleasantly surprising; not heavy or decadent at all. Apple Pie was good but I thought the apple chunks were too raw.
- Focaccia: I've only tried the Margherita variation but I doubt you can go wrong with any of them. The slices are HUGE and made from the sourdough bread so you get all the flavors.
- Cookies: My parents liked the oatmeal chocolate ones the best; not as sweet as the regular chocolate chip. The butter cookies are also very light and not sweet.
If you can't decide what to try, ask for a sample. They let you sample EVERYTHING; the quality of service is insane.
It's not really a sit down cafe (no chairs or tables). You pick up what you want and gtfo.“
