“Holy cow, is this place awesome! We visited yesterday for lunch and were completely blown away by the food and service. Presentation, flavor, and attentiveness of staff made the experience fantastic. We nibbled our way through a lunch of Salmon, Tuna tacos, Burrata bowl (with avocado!), Beef Wellington, all with a lovely sparkling wine. We enjoyed our meal in the outdoor patio, though we loved the interior of the restaurant, too, with its small market and warm, welcoming feel. We will definitely come back.“

It goes without notice the effort this restaurant makes to create a sense of community: DJ nights, guest chefs, wine club, run club – all specially designed to bring people together. I never write reviews, but this jewel deserves all the accolades. Beyond the electric atmosphere, the vast natural wine selections paired with novel cuisine make every visit an experience that elevates my palate. The carefully crafted dishes show the detail chef Alex gives to every order. Diverse ingredients embrace a fusion of cultures, with familiar dishes like Caesar salad (Endive Caesar @ Goodtime), pasta (Bucatini @ Goodtime), and shrimp tacos (Tacos Dorados @ Goodtime) delivering a magical explosion of flavors. I tend to find myself methodically portioning out my meal - not wanting to reach that one last bite from my plate. With a rotating menu, every visit is an exploration of new tastes and has cemented me as a regular.

​This spot has become our favorite destination for a relaxing wine night, whether it's a casual evening with friends or a date night. The cozy atmosphere is consistently a hit with everyone we introduce to the place.
​What really sets it apart are the owners, Nici and Ty. They are incredibly friendly and offer great recommendations. It was a pleasant surprise that they recognized us months after our first visit and even remembered my girlfriend's preferred wine! We also love their flexible flight concept, which allows you to sample any of the wines available for a single set price.

“What a hidden gem! The snowflake potstickers are so crispy and juicy, best enjoyed in the restaurant! My son gets so excited to go here before his baseball practice. My daughter loves their soup dumplings, and the fried rice is our family favorite. Staff is always kind.“

“One Fish absolutely lived up to the hype. I love that the menu changes constantly with the seasons, so there’s always a reason to come back. Every dish felt fresh, thoughtful, and packed with interesting flavor combinations that somehow just worked.

I mixed hot and cold dishes and everything was outstanding. The oysters with their accompaniments were incredibly fresh, the halibut and kanpachi were beautifully prepared, and the fried chicken with sauce and caviar was one of the most unexpectedly delicious bites I’ve had in a long time. The sake selection was excellent as well.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. Great music, a clean and intentional space, and genuinely friendly service. Walked in without a reservation, but it’s nice that they can accommodate both walk-ins and reservations.

Chef Owner Trent was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he’s creating. Skipped the omakase this visit, but after this meal it’s at the top of my list for next time. One Fish is inventive without being pretentious, and it’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to every month to see what’s new.“

“A little late posting this since my visit was a while ago, but I still remember how much I enjoyed this place

I honestly wasn’t expecting the menu to be that big. It really felt like a proper Japanese izakaya where you can order a little bit of everything, share dishes and enjoy a few drinks without feeling rushed

We tried several things, including the grilled squid and a baked seafood dish, and both were really good. The squid was tender and flavorful, and the baked dish was rich, cheesy and perfect for sharing. There were so many other things on the menu that I wanted to try, it was honestly hard to choose lol

We also had a few drinks, which made the whole experience even better. The food, drinks and casual atmosphere all worked really well together

It didn’t feel overly trendy or too polished, just comfortable and very local. Definitely the kind of place I’d come back to with friends, order a bunch of dishes and stay for a while

“As soon as I got into the restaurant I can tell if this is a great place and a great atmosphere. It was just right and perfect. The staff members treated us like family. My mom for Mother's Day spun the wheel and we got $30 off our next item, and the owner I believe gave my dad a free spin and we got a free item also as well. My dad said he loved this place so much that he's going to be here for Father's Day. Highly recommend this restaurant to enjoy with your family or maybe just a few co-workers or friends. The funny thing is that when my mom first spin it says a free alcohol drink which nobody drink. But of course she re-spin the wheel again. Food was delicious, also was there non caffeine hot teas.“
