I had booked to take a friend here for her birthday, but we arrived early and they had happy hour. The happy hour was great with a small number of menu items, but great things to eat.
One Fish absolutely lived up to the hype. I love that the menu changes constantly with the seasons, so there’s always a reason to come back. Every dish felt fresh, thoughtful, and packed with interesting flavor combinations that somehow just worked.
