Manresa Bread has been on my bookmarks list for a long time, and I finally got to try their Campbell location. The place looks great and is a nice spot to hang out. We tried the Kouign-amann (4/5), which was slightly crispy and flaky with great flavor, and also had the cinnamon Monkey Bread (3.5/5), which was good. Service was friendly as well.
My fav local cafe where I come here to work on my laptop with my partner. But sometimes you get unpleasant and disgusting customers like this that talks extremely loudly the entire time and putting nasty legs on chairs 🤮
I tried here:
- Kouign-amann: very very delicious! Without flavor so you can enjoy the dough and butter. Crispy caramel crust and juicy buttery interior. Just perfect!
- monkey bread: very good, classic laminated dough with cinnamon, although I would add more cinnamon
