“Society Restaurant & Hookah Lounge is one of our favorite spots! The place looks amazing—really luxurious and classy. The food is always on point, and the hookah is the best we’ve had. What keeps us coming back is the service. Everyone there is super friendly, from the staff to the owner and manager. They always make sure we’re taken care of and having a great time. 5 stars for sure!“

“Saw this location on yelp. Noticed their menu. Was curious. We ordered the Pulpo Sample and the Garlic Fries to share. Everything was good except the shrimp. The sauce where the shrimp was just a bit spicy even for mother. We also ordered the traditional Paella(share2-3), Slowed Braised Beef Short Ribs, the BBQ Pork Ribs and the Sea Bass. The paella was delicious, the slow braised short ribs was extremely tender and tasty but the pork ribs was a little bit too dry, and finally the sea bass was very good according to mom. For drinks, we tried the red Sangria and the Peach Sangria. The Red Sangria was good but not as strong as the Peach Sangria according to my sister in law. We all will definitely come back, especially for the Peach Sangria according.“

“Food: only ordered vegetarian food and everything was amazing. Falafel was probably the softest I have ever had so far and the mezze sampler was also quite good. I'll recommend starting off with sampler and ordering anything you like as a separate dip. Street fries were also good. They have unlimited tea and the mint lemonade was super refreshing.

Service: this place has minimal interaction with servers as every table has a QR code to order food and pay when you order.

Atmosphere: divided into 3 parts outdoor, indoor and patio. Indoors is bright with open kitchen and patio is dark with plants, string lights and heaters. Sat in patio and loved the vibe.“

The staff was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was that of a high end restaurant. “Truthfully, I went to the Oakland airport early ( I flew into sfo and could have stayed there to eat, but I like being extra early for my flights) not expecting much in the way of food. I ended up at vino volo and had such a lovely time! Above my expectations. Warren greeted me so promptly and warmly I immediately knew I’d made the right choice. The food was lovely and the service superb. I got the Butcher board (heaping with items. Not the tiny portions I was expecting at an airport eatery ) the Ham and Gruyère sandwich (which Iyana made superbly *chefs kiss* ) and then (since I was still having some bubbles and craving salty things) a little side of prosciutto and crackers (which wasn’t little at all all!) so impressed. Also - and I’m sure I’m not the only one who loves this- but they actually practiced great food safety! As some one in the the service industry it hard for me to watch when someone puts gloves on, then touches everything, then your food, missing the point entirely, that is not the case here! I was so happy not to stress about that at all! Hands were washed gloves were used, then discarded. It was awesome. Well done! 100% would go back cause of Iyana and Warren!“

“We found this bar at the last minute before closing thank goodness. They have 4 big tv for sports and a Great selection of beers and wines. The Bartender Jason was very helpful and welcoming. “Tacos dorado and enchiladas with dry fried beef! Got chicken tacos. The tacos were so crispy and meat was very flavorful! The enchiladas with dry fried beef was interesting. The beef is like a crispy beef jerky texture. I had a language barrier when ordering so just point what you want on the menu.“
