“We had an awesome evening. The Staff is very kind and courteous and even made a drink for us that was not on the menu. We chose the feasting menu. All the appetizer and Entree dishes were very delicious and fantastic!! The Dosa bites was a bit of a let down. It was just a simple masala dosa cut up into pieces. The mocktail bagicha frizz was ok. It tasted like a sweet water/soda and didn't get much of the infused flavors as mentioned in the ingredients. The dessert was excellent ! !“

The authentic Greek flavors were wonderful, but what stayed with us most was the feeling around the table—the warmth, the thoughtful attention, and the little surprises that arrived when we least expected them. A cup of Turkish tea and baklava may seem like a small gesture, yet it made the evening feel personal, as though someone genuinely cared that we were there.
We arrived as first-time guests and left already planning our return. This is the kind of restaurant people come back to not only for the food, but for the way it makes them feel. Burlingame is truly lucky to have a Greek restaurant like this!❤“

“Yan gon is a family own Burmese restaurant on broadway Burlingame. The owner and the entire staff were extremely friendly , attentive , courteous . helpful, and welcoming . Their dishes are delicious . I have tried their Burmese Style Curry Lamb , Singapore Street noodles, Deep fried Chicken Wings , and Wor Wonton Soup. All four dishes were delicious, but my favorite is the won ton soup . This soup is perfect , it's so healthy and brothy. The broth is so rich that left a long lasting mouthwatering and coating sensation lingering in my tongue. The wontons are so tasty , juicy , and flavorful with the right amount of , I believe was pork , ginger , garlic ,chopped onions , sugar, salt , pepper , and shrimps . . The shrimps were very tastey and fresh . It didn't have that strange scent of ammonia or fishy smell like spoiled shrimps . The restaurant is simple , bright , clean , casual ambience with ample seatings. I have been here many times and got seated right away. No wait . This restaurant is a must try if you have the craving for Burmese food or just want to try something new.“

“It was fun going during the soft opening of Palmetto Superfoods in Burlingame (there are other locations in the Metreon, on Union Street, and on Clement Street in San Francisco, with another planned for Santana Row). I learned a lot by speaking with the super friendly and deservedly-proud owner. This location in Burlingame is a really cool little spot diagonally across from Safeway and has a sweet public rooftop sitting area. And I love that everything is plant-based except the honey and bee pollen, but they have a vegan apple honey — which is absolutely delicious — as a superior substitute. Anyway, with a choice of bowls (and smoothies), one could choose a set one on the menu or customize everything with unlimited bases and toppings — as long as it fits in whatever size bowl you choose (yup, I totally went large). I opted for the Bay Blend, but swapped out the strawberries (not really my thing) for toasted coconut flakes (most definitely my thing). The bowl was quickly layered by the friendly employee, who looked like she was excited for her next opportunity to surf, at least in my imagination. From the açaí, pitaya/dragonfruit, and chia pudding on the bottom to the banana and almond butter in the middle to the granola, blueberries, and toasted coconut, etc. on top, it was scrumptious and satisfying. Wanting to try a little more deliciousness, I decided to take a Midnight Beach smoothie to go. Now that I’m gone, I know I’ll be back!“

“Asked the server for recommendations, and he cordially recommended some dishes for us to try. Asked another server for an extra pair of chop sticks, and yet another one heard and brought the chopsticks over right away. The servers looked like they enjoyed working there, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable.
The food was delicious! The recommended Napa cabbage pork dumplings were amazingly delicious, prompting us to buy some frozen dumplings home ($11.99/15pcs) at the end. The pickled cabbage beef noodle soup was delicious as well. The noodles were softer than al dented (as I like it), and the 2 types of beef were both tender. The soup was a little too salty to be drunk by itself though. Also got the mixed salad without spicy, which was very garlic forward. Unfortunately, the tofu sheets were a little harder than I would've liked, but the flavour was still good.
All in all, highly recommend this restaurant for their dumplings! I cooked the beef lamb fish frozen dumplings yesterday and as long as you're careful not to break the skin, it'll be moist and delicious. If you're close to the airport during meal time, definitely give this place a try!“

“I had to stop by Royal Donut Cafe because of all of the great reviews I saw on Yelp! And I must say that I wasn't disappointed at all! The staff was awesome! “What made this place great besides the food was the service. We enjoyed salmon nigiri, California bomb, and the Alaska roll. Also had the plum sparking wine, which I’d absolutely recommend. I think what was notable was being cared about as if we were family. I’d 100% recommend and return to if ever back in the area.“

“Cafe Central is a fantastic spot in Burlingame, and they offer a really wide selection of food, pastries, and coffee. Honestly, everything we’ve tried here has been great. The food is so good that it’s actually pretty hard to find a seat, even if you visit during off-peak hours! That clearly shows how popular and high-quality this place is, but you definitely have to be prepared to wait a bit for an open table. The owner/manager is wonderful and very friendly—we run into her pretty much every single time we stop by, and she always makes the experience feel welcoming. “Found this when I look for Korean restaurant that serve noodle soup. This restaurant is next to hospital which I think in a good location. Next to it is boba shop which I saw some customer went to the the boba shop after their meals.
The interior is very simple, with couple tables and the dishes photo all over the wall which looks inviting.
The menu is pretty complete with many varieties of Korean dishes. We order Spicy Seafood noodle soup and Stir fried noodles with black bean sauce.
They give 3 type of banchan, daikon, beansprout and kimchi. The kimchi is sweet and later I saw it is from a big jar that you can get from grocery store. I wish they make it fresh in the restaurant. At least if have it from jar, don't show the jar.
The noddle soup is yummy but not spicy. the Stir fried noodle is served with hot iron plate. the presentation is good but I just feel it is too sweet.
The server is very nice and very energetic. Only one server serves all the tables.
Overall it was ok meals. May be next time we will try other dishes and wish they make the kimchi in house.“

“We arrived before our reservation time and they were able to accommodate. Our waiter was great with detailing the dishes and answering my culinary questions. Service was slow. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive cocktails. I had to inquire about appetizers which were ordered with cocktails. The GM was very present and walking the dining area but not speaking to any guests or acknowledging that they are waiting without drinks and food. The food was good. I have a different palate so my good may great for another person. The only negative was how long everything took when it wasn’t a night where there was a full house of guests. If that can improve, we may return. For context we ordered Smoked Bourbon Prickly Pear Margarita Calamari Crab & Artichoke Dip Crab Stuffed Sole topped with roasted garlic and shallot shrimp and a side of mashed potatoes Ribeye with compound butter and Cold Water Lobster Tail We switched from cocktails to wine with the main dish.“
