“Hands down the best Mediterranean I've had in the States!

This spot was an absolute joy from start to finish. We ordered the Adana kebab, the chicken gyro salad, and rice pudding for dessert (and a fresh made lemonade) and every single dish was incredible. The kebab was perfectly seasoned, the salad was fresh and generous, and the rice pudding was the perfect way to end the meal.

What made it even better was the owner, who is one of the friendliest, most genuine, least pretentious people you'll meet. He made us feel welcome the moment we walked in.

If you're anywhere near Half Moon Bay, go. 5/5, and I'll be back.“

When you see that a shop sells the single dishes that you never heard of, you know that they are confident in their dishes! I got the roast pork rice and it was everything I need for a good one. The staff is kind and friendly as well. You don't have to travel to a big city to get satisfying Thai food anymore :)“

I haven't had gelato this good since I was italy. My wife and I tried stracitella, hazelnut, Belgian chocolate and rhum raisin and they were all excellent. From the texture to the depth of flavor you can tell this is quality gelato.
The staff were also a delight. We chatted with the owner Jean Paul and it is evident that a lot of expertise and heart go into the product.“

We postponed twice because of the pandemic and in the course of that time changed our venue to San Benito House. Let me tell you, that was the BEST decision we ever made. Not only is the venue itself incredibly beautiful and the food so delicious, but Kai and his staff bent over backwards for us and all of our guests. Kai is the ultimate hype guy and he took what normally would have been a stressful event to plan, and made it so easy and fun. I would (and will) recommend that anyone who is wanting a Half Moon Bay wedding, that this is the ultimate place to go. “Sometimes great things happen in busy strip malls! The rolls were delish. Fresh, tightly rolled, flavorful with balanced cuts of fish and rice and seasoning. Sake was nice and hot. “I was there on Saturday with hubby just trying to find Gallina but I guess they changed the name. This location is in close proximity to the beach. The burrito was delicious, but it's quite expensive. I was surprised when I got there, as their prices were higher than on their website. The cashier was not friendly either. The one who handed my order was pleasant and quite engaged. It was packed; it might be quite a popular spot. They have a salsa bar with unlimited salsa and chips, which is nice. I'd recommend this because of the salsa bar and delicious food, but they need to update their online pricing and improve customer service.. When I say that their burrito is delicious it's really is… I am quite picky and my Mexican hubby is too. Our favorite burrito is at Joya taqueria and it's comparable wit them… it's the regular carne asada with everything on it burrito.“

“I was traveling through California and was pleasantly surprised at the baked goods I purchased here. I got a cheese Focaccia, a jumbo chocolate chip cookie, and a ginger pumpkin cream cheese cookie. Everything was fantastic and the lady running the store was a sweetheart.
