“Great pizza restaurant in Half Moon Bay! Their pizza was amazingly good! The cheese is so cheesy and stretches. We ordered half and half in large size for 3 people (one kid), it was perfect portion and tastes really good. The price is decent, not too high and not too low. Also, the service was great too. We will definitely go back to check out other menus!“
“This place is the best! We took our whole family here after walking the HMB beach path Easter morning. My husband and I have a 3 year old boy, a 10 month old girl as well as a (lazy) bulldog and everyone enjoyed this place! The food was delish--I had the burger with arugula and buttermilk ranch & my hubby had the fried chicken sando-- to both! The drinks were so refreshing, I had the hazy IPA and the hubby had a regular IPA, the hazy was better imo. The ambiance in the dog area exceeded our expectations. They have music playing outside and it's totally a vibe for the whole family. I would highly recommend this place. Just be aware they are closed Monday & Tuesday.“

“You have your own area of dining separated by glass wall. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Manager Mei ( May ) particularly attentive we like her very much. Even it is a Japanese type BBQ restaurant the kitchen is separated on one side you won't get smelly after eating there. We went there twice just to make sure they are consistent. The only thing I may complain is just the parking sometime it's hard to find parking.“

“I ordered a large pizza tonight for my family. First time trying Seniores Pizza downtown San Mateo. Pizza was very tasty and a very fluffy crust. I love a good crust and wasn’t floppy or loaded with grease, which is a plus. I will order from them again.“
“Perhaps, I should Yelp my generous friends who have given me opportunities to try foods that I'd normally not try. This one was totally unexpected as I was meeting a friend at his workplace to exchange some items. When I pulled into the parking lot, he was waiting in front of his building which is next to this location. As we exchanged bags, he handed me an extra bag, telling me that, due to our 1 pm meeting time, I didn't have lunch. Having run a morning errand in Chinatown, I actually had my meal in my office waiting; I know, what a considerate friend. When I returned to work about twenty minutes later, I took a picture of the meal and placed it in the refrigerator, knowing I'd enjoy this later in the week. He got me a patty melt with french fries ( something I haven't eaten since the Lucky Penny on Masonic closed since that's where I ate my last one. With my new education in restoring leftovers, I reheated the patty melt ( and fries ( They were still delicious two days later and my meal was filling. I especially loved that they gave several packets of Hunt's ketchup (my childhood favorite) which paired perfectly with the fries. Thanks to my thoughtful and generous friend, I had the pleasure of enjoying this throwback meal. He mentioned their prices being reasonable and that their spaghetti was pretty good. Guess I better keep my eyes open for their weekly menu.“
“I've always passed by Rise Woodfire and finally got the chance to check it out. I had ordered the Brussels sprouts, burrata and a calabrese + honey pizza. The Brussels sprouts were pretty average but the burrata was really good. The burrata was creamy and just right with the pesto. The pizza was rather small for the price but it was still pretty delicious, not sure if I would reorder the pizzas though.“
“Thanks to yelpers and their honest reviews...I was looking for take away for the hubs at home. We discovered Cobani Gyrl & Kebab! A cute shop in an older part of San Mateo. Staff was friendly and took my order. I ordered mixed grill plate, dulma, and baklava - a little over 45 bucks w/ tip. Brought it home and husband enjoyed. Stated the dolma freshly made and grilled plate nicely seasoned and well cooked, not tough. We may check them out another time and dine in if we're ever back in the neighborhood. efcharistó!“

One complaint I have though is that there aren't any Blue Lines in Sacramento or near Sacramento. Could you please ask corporate if they could open another location somewhere nearby? We will drive even if it's an hour away, but your location is a little far for a regular visit.“
“I have been going to Bonne Sante on a weekly basis for several years. Karen, Dan, their kids and their awesome team knock it out of the park every time I am there with their welcoming environment and fantastic food. Nobody on the staff of Bonne Sante is throwing temper tantrums and their food is not oil drenched as others are suggesting (unless you request it). I highly recommend Bonne Sante with zero reservation. In fact, I am heading over to Bonne Sante today for a delicious sandwich and great company.“

“Had the best pizza of my life in Santa Cruz (Pizza My Heart) but, the recipe was a bit different here. The ingredients or the way the baked it didn't have the same harmonious effect, however it was still delicious with all the whole garlic slices. Still a fantastic pizza. Definitely recommend the "The Big Sur". The whole garlic slice will change your life.“

“Myself, wife, and daughter went on a Saturday around 3pm. There were not too many people in at that time of the day, so I don't know how busy it can get, but what I can say is based on the food and service it should get packed !! The food......OMG the food from just the bread to our meals was incredible. Was it just the chef we had that day ? IDK, but I'll find out because the wife and I will definitely make the hour fifteen minute drive to find out, and if it is, we'll make it once if not twice a month for our date night. “Came by with a friend and we shared the French dip sandwich and a chicken problano soup. The sandwich was scrumptious! The soup has just the right amount of kick to it (I cannot tolerate too much heat) and so flavorful. The bread stays crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. Easy parking and real chill atmosphere. Clean bathroom too!“
“We recently visted Half Moon Bay and were drawn to the delicious baklava in the window. Little did we know, this gem of a restaurant not only has fabulous food (definitely try their falafel and lentil soup and baklava) but incredibly gracious and welcoming service. They made us feel like we were entering their home. What a special place! The next time we visit HMB, we will be sure to have ay least one meal here and say hello to our new friends.“
