This location also offers vegan cheese, which we really appreciate. The owner is kind, the workers are humble, and the service is consistently good. We also love their pickup deal — spend over $25 and you get a free drink or ice cream. “We come to this restaurant regularly and it never disappoints. We were there again for Thanksgiving with a group of friends, and it was perfect as always. They offered their regular menu along with a Thanksgiving special. The turkey was outstanding: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly moist.
Everything here is consistently delicious, with a great range of options, and the prices remain very reasonable (which has become rare these days!). The food, the atmosphere, the service and the reliability keep us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Subway San Carlos served me an excellent Spicy Italian made just the way I like it. Mine came on Italian Herb and Cheese bread that was perfectly toasted. Drink on the side was a Dr Pepper, and it was also perfect.
Atmosphere is pretty standard for an older location that has not been updated in many years. The tables , food counter prep area, floors and windows are clean and neat

The one strike against Subway in San Of Carlos was the bathroom. It was obviously not cleaned well for at least a few days. No hook to hang a jacket. Sink drain empties VERY SLOWLY. And when I visited I first had to clear the plugged up toilet and give it a light cleaning before I could use it. Would never had sent kids in there alone because of the lack of upkeep.

Close to the San Carlos Transit Center for easy SamTrans and CalTrain access.

Except for the restroom, I count this Subway visit in San Carlos California as a win.

You may want to stop by yoursellf for some well prepared Subway food too.“

Their deep-dish pizza was just amazing. The addictive texture of the cornmeal pizza dough can only be found here!

“This is a grab and go location in the lobby of a biotech company. There is parking right out front for anyone who's picking up or stopping by to choose something to eat. I went towards the end of lunch and they were sold out of most everything but still had a selection. I did choose the Chinese chicken salad and let me tell you it says basic as it gets. Without ginger it is not a Chinese chicken salad unfortunately, that's why I took off a star but it wasn't bad. There appeared to be kind of cafe style seating in the lobby area. I don't know at this point if I wanted to sit in the lobby to eat where I would park and maybe that's inside the parking structure. Had not been for Inkind and the discount I get I probably wouldn't return, however if I worked there closer I would have no problem returning multiple times. There was an attendant to help with coffee or drinks and questions he was very helpful and we place the order easily through the Inkind app which I do find to be very helpful to locate new restaurants such as this. First time diner, long time consumer. I made a rookie mistake while ordering the vegetarian sandwich on sourdough. French or dutch crunch roll is recommended. Said I was open to suggestions. Then we added avocado, fresh jalapeno, tapatio, and a side of fries.

I ate half the fries and the smaller cut of the sandwich. I'm excited to be hungry again in about two hours.“

“What an amazing finding! We very much enjoyed the delicious empanadas from La Maja. The dough was crispy and perfectly baked. We tried different ones: Spinach, mushrooms, beef, ham and cheese. They were all outstandingly authentic and reminded us of our childhood back in Argentina! The place was clean, cozy and we felt very welcomed. Customer service is excellent! I also tried their 2 dessert options. They have the bst carrot cake I have ever had! Their chocolate chip cookie tasted very rich. I had their veggie soup which was fresh and delicious. This place is my new go to spot. The location is a little awkward, but the inside is organized and clean. It only took 10 minutes to make my order. Definitely a satisfied customer!!!“
