We brought our cat on the roadtrip with us and she loved it at this hotel. They also have a robot, I don't have pictures but it brought us toilet paper and more towels at our request. My cat loved him.“
“My partner and I had Billy Roy's for the first time last night, and while the DELICIOUS food would warrant a 5 star review on it's own, I'm also here to celebrate the exceptional customer service!We ordered takeout, a couple of burgers ("The Billy Roy", "The Haystack"), zucchini and cajun fries, and a couple of desserts. When my partner returned to our hotel room with our food, he realized the desserts and a drink were accidentally forgotten, and they would be closing before we could get back.There was no phone number to call, so I reached out on Instagram, and to my delight, the wonderful Pricilla was so prompt to reply and offer a refund or re-do -- no additional hassle. (Thank you, again!)That aside, the burger and fry sets were massive and mouthwateringly delicious. “What a hidden gem we stumbled upon! It was 9:00 am on a Friday, right as they were opening their doors, and already there was a buzz of activity with people streaming in and placing their orders. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I absolutely adored it. And let me tell you, their coffee? To die for! (Haha!)Their menu offers such a unique selection of dishes that you won't find elsewhere. I'd even go as far as to say it's one-of-a-kind. “Good coffee, great service, local cafe.I've been here a few times. They know how to make a cup of joe. Which is uncommon at cafes. But that's really baseline for a coffee shop. Eon stands out because the girls slaving away at the coffee mines are sincerely nice. They'll look you in the eye and warmly greet you like you're a human in desperate need of some coffee.Maybe in a previous life we hunted mastodons on the Siberian Frost, maybe we fought the Nazi's together in the French under ground, maybe we served together in Nam? I dunno, but they hand you a cup of coffee like you matter to them.“

“A lil pricey for a sandwich but very good stuff. Nice fresh sourdough; the bread was soft and had a nice slight crunch to it. The original (ham and turkey) was tasty and came with cheese. I saved half for the next day and it was still delicious. Somehow even better when cold. The crust sourdough dip with warm au jus (roast beef) was amazing. The roast beef was so tender! It was worth it. I also really enjoyed the bacon jam; I didn't know what to expect but I enjoyed the bit of sweetness and caramelized onions in it. Really solid! The bread also held up nicely when dipped into the au jus. The cookies are not too bad; I tried the lemon and it smelled great. Taste was good too but unfortunately it was a lemon cookie with coconut shavings inside (which was not mentioned) and I'm not the biggest fan of coconut! The interior is nice and spacious. They are located in an office space.“
“I've noticed more salad places popping up in the area and decided to check out this spot to switch up our usual trip to Mendocino Farms. Note that this is a to-go place for pick up only. No indoor seating. We ordered the samurai steak salad and subbed out the cucumbers for the croutons. The girl working was patient with us, and also threw in the sweet heat dressing for us to try! Customer service was amazing, if not the best I've received in a while (sadly). I loved how many options there were, and the salad was good, but I doubt I'll be going out of my way to come here again.“
“Found this gem in downtown mountainview, craving for hand pulled noodles. I was surprised with the al dente texture of the noodles in broth and over sauce mixture. The spicy beef noodle soup was tasty. The broth was clean and little with subtle spiciness. The sliced beef is not as tender as I would have liked. It was more chewy than tender. I really enjoyed the braised rib noodle dish- the flavor with the fresh veggies was good and the noodles was cooked perfectly. Definitely order the dumplings! We also order the pork and cabbage pie- it was a big flat version of a fried dumpling. I really enjoyed it! The service was good, the staff were friendly and attentive! They also took our orders at the table.“

“The best burger that I ever had. Integrity 100%, which means consistency between first bite and the last bite. Balsamic onion has sourness, crispy bacon is strong, beef patty is not to fat, arugula has bitter to balance the fat, egg yolk is just a little bit running, bun is buttery and lots of seasame. Every thing about the burger is perfect.Onion rings is crispy but not oily. Fries are better than average. Wisconsin burger is also very good, mushroom are tender, bread is chewy but cut in half beforehand. A small complaint is that less sauce would be perfect.“

For take-out, you step aside and wait after ordering, or for dine-in, a server will find your number to bring the food to your table. Either way, the wait can take quite awhile. Last time I went, I accidentally pushed ramen noodles instead of rice, and they switched it out for me and refunded the extra charge for the noodles. I've been to other TKS shops in bay area and the taste is always similar however there are differences in service speed and quality. This location in Santa Clara is my favorite TKS shop so far.In addition, my order was delayed today, later I received a carved chicken wrap with barely any chicken on it.
