“I was new to Panera and didn’t know how to use the computer menu. The people up front were friendly and quickly took my order, saving me from ordering everything wrong. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and French onion soup that was super yummy. The manager Sabbath asked if I wanted to sign up for the Sip Club and explained how it works. I signed up and use it almost every day.
I’m super happy Panera is now in Union City. It’s my go to place. I just picked up the brown sugar cinnamon bagels and am stoked to have one for breakfast tomorrow.“

“Tried Curry Pizza House recently, It's a small dine-in space with limited seating, so we opted for takeout instead.

We placed our order online for a large half-and-half pizza--one side butter chicken (their popular pick) and the other malai chicken. The ordering process was smooth, and our pizza was ready right on time, which made the experience super convenient.

For our first visit, we wanted to try their signature curry pizzas, though they do offer traditional options as well. We also added desi garlic sticks from their small plates menu--they have quite a good variety of sides and wings if you're looking to explore more.

Coming to the food:
* The butter chicken pizza was definitely the star. The curry base was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and it was generously loaded with toppings.
* The malai chicken pizza was decent, but slightly on the sweeter side for my taste. My husband, however, really enjoyed it.
* The desi garlic sticks were good overall--they had a noticeable pesto flavor, though I wish the garlic was a bit more prominent. Still, something I'd order again.

The location is pretty accessible, and depending on the outlet, you'll usually find plaza-style parking nearby, which makes pickup easy and hassle-free.

Overall, it was a decent experience. While I enjoyed parts of the meal, I'll probably take my time before going back, as I'd like to explore other pizza spots that serve similar curry-style pizzas.“

“Met some friends for a casual lunch and very pleased. Nice menu for sandwiches, pizza and other items. Very reasonable prices. Brenda was very friendly and efficient in taking our order. The pizza was thin crust and very tasty. One person ordered the soup and was very pleased. Parking was easy and lots of local business people were walking in to get orders.“

“Wonderful! Today (5/18/26), at around 4:30-5:00 PM, I was craving a fresh, not too heavy meal to satisfy my lunch cravings while on break. I was recommended this specific nick the Greek from a good friend of mine, as it was local, and was said to have great service and good food. When I entered the store, I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely decorated and clean the store was, along with its upbeat, Greek themed atmosphere. My highlight of this visit was the food and service though, as the two employees at the front taking my order were extremely kind, patient, and were actively engaged in assisting me in ordering my meal. I ordered a beef gyro, which was absolutely delicious, filling, and perfectly satisfied my lunch cravings. I also ordered Greek fries, which came out about 1-3 minutes after my gyro came, and they were just as good, a perfect combination with my gyro. All in all, a great, fast, clean, and delightful experience from this restaurant, props to the workers at the cash register! This visit made my day, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.“

Placed my order in online, pulled into one of the many dedicated pick-up parking spots and within a min or two a girl came out to my truck with my food and I was on my way. “Carlos was absolutely AMAZING! Our visit was on a VERY busy Friday night, and despite how busy it was, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. We had a party of 6, so we were constantly needing something, but Carlos never forgot about us. First time diner, long time consumer. I made a rookie mistake while ordering the vegetarian sandwich on sourdough. French or dutch crunch roll is recommended. Said I was open to suggestions. Then we added avocado, fresh jalapeno, tapatio, and a side of fries.

I ate half the fries and the smaller cut of the sandwich. I'm excited to be hungry again in about two hours.“

“I have been a Bay Area native forever and let me just say find GOOD pizza is a task within itself . This place is a gem I must say the pizza is really really good. I always see people coming and going and it’s usually busy , I stopped by today and I had a Great experience! Not only the food but the service was 10/10 . I believe the person I spoke with today was the Area manager who was helping the team today and he was super nice great conversation and he was very confident in the food . He did not steer me wrong and I love that you can literally get it by the slice ! I got two slices and wings today the wings were solid ! “My first visit to this pizzeria was quite an experience. If you enjoy your pizza dripping with grease, then this spot will definitely satisfy your cravings. However, I personally prefer my pizza on the less greasy side, so I doubt I’ll be coming back for the pizza itself. On the bright side, I must say that their garlic bread is a standout! It’s absolutely fantastic—perfectly toasted with just the right amount of garlic and butter. I could confidently say it’s the best garlic bread I’ve ever tasted, and that alone might just bring me back to indulge in that delicious treat again.“

“It’s great to finally have an Amici's NY Style pizza in the Hayward area. It’s located at the new East Bat Eats food hall in downtown. This is mainly for pick up but there’s around 16 to 20 seats if you want to dine in. The pizza at this location taste the same as I remember when we used to dine at the Redwood Shores location. Enjoy and welcome for the area! (Still wish it was full sit down restaurant but this is still a good addition)“
