Easily the best sandwich of my lifetime. I paused after every bite, saying “Damn, this is amazing”. The bread had that perfect crust and taste. While I’m at it, it’s also hard for me to remember a better tasting chocolate chip cookie.
CRUST Sourdough Deli is a fantastic spot for a fresh and satisfying meal. The sourdough bread was delicious, perfectly toasted, and paired wonderfully with the flavorful fillings. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Definitely a five-star deli that I’d happily visit again!

CRUST Sourdough Deli at Palo Alto Square may be a bit hidden, but the delicious sandwiches make it worth the search. The soft, fresh sourdough bread adds a nice crunch to each bite. The original sandwich with ham and turkey is tasty, and the roast beef dip with au jus is amazing. The hot pastrami is a favorite, as the meat is not too dry or salty, and the portion is quite huge. The tender roast beef with bacon jam and caramelized onions are standout choices. The chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie is a must-try for its soft and delicious taste. The chipotle chicken and spicy turkey sandwiches are also highly recommended. The friendly and quick service creates a welcoming atmosphere, with staff that go above and beyond for customers. There is lots of seating both indoors and outdoors, and parking is easy to find in the plaza. While prices may be a bit high, the quality of the food justifies it. Some customers have noted that portions could be more generous, but the overall experience remains positive. Weekend hours would make this place even better.
