This restaurant is amazing. Each dish has the nostalgia of a home cooked meal and the flavors are incredible. Their homemade chili oil is the best in the Bay Area. The handmade noodles and dumplings are delicious. The meals I've had here are unlike any others I've had in the area.
Great food, hand-pulled noodles, large portions. Our server was extra helpful. She was funny and engaging, gave us suggestions for certain dishes. Try the pie! Sort of a stuffed onion cake, the chive "pie" was a great appetizer. Pretty oily, but not in a bad way. Small place, pretty quiet until it fills up (which was around noon, for lunch).
