“Hands down the best Mediterranean I've had in the States!

This spot was an absolute joy from start to finish. We ordered the Adana kebab, the chicken gyro salad, and rice pudding for dessert (and a fresh made lemonade) and every single dish was incredible. The kebab was perfectly seasoned, the salad was fresh and generous, and the rice pudding was the perfect way to end the meal.

What made it even better was the owner, who is one of the friendliest, most genuine, least pretentious people you'll meet. He made us feel welcome the moment we walked in.

“We wanted to have a special meal to end our arduous few weeks of surgery recovery and I found Chacho when we landed on sushi because of their menu and location. They also seemed to be a little newer and worth a shot.

When picking up I was very warmly greeted by the ladies working there in a cozy and lovely shop and was offered even more soy sauce when I asked if it was in the bag (which there was).

We had a big takeout order of takoyaki, yellowtail Nigiri, a monster roll and some hamachi maki and California rolls. Because of how much we ordered there site offered us a free dish to select and I chose the yellowtail collar as I'd never had it before. A true feast. The takoyaki where still warm after a 15 minute drive and where perfectly savory and sweet with just the right amount of meat to batter. The yellowtail Nigiri was of great quality with a firm texture that wasn't chewy at all. The monster roll was an explosion of flavors and textures and so rich and filling. The maki and cut roll where dead simple and lovely as well with great rice/filling ratios. The yellowtail collar, while a little tricky to pick over offered delicious fatty morsels of meat with the occasional bone to dodge. It was tasty, but I wouldn't order it as a non freebie.

All in all it was such a hearty and rich meal and if we're in the area again we'll be back to come in next time!“

“I got this place my app recommendation. The place is very neat 👌 I was surprised how clean and organized looks like. No the usual place pizza. It decorated with world flags make it unique. It seems has live music but not today or at least at the time I was there. Pizza is delicious and crunchy.“

“We've worked with SF Food Market for two conferences at the Computer History Museum now, each with over 400 attendees. Last year was night and day from our previous caterers - I was shocked by their efficiency, professionalism, and all around positive attitudes. I booked with them immediately when we had the date for this year's event and planning was almost too easy. Nassim set the menu based on notes she had taken the previous year, showed up on time, ran everything on time, and had a smile for me every time I passed by. And the food is genuinely delicious! We had SF Food Market cater a pre-event dinner as well and the buffet style was fantastic. Our event day has breakfast platters, grab and go lunches, coffee, tea, and water. They aren't chincy with portions, everything was always filled and clean. I honestly barely even gave a thought to catering the whole event which freed me up to focus on other matters (like tending to sponsors) which, if you're an event planner like me, is a godsend. I can't recommend SF Food Market enough, just don't book them the days I need catering because I believe with all my heart any company that isn't SF Food Market would be a disappointment.“

“We’ve always been thin crust pizza fans, have never tasted authentic NY style pizza, though we have had Napoli-style pizza several times in Rome, and we gotta say, the crust here is AMAZING!! The only slight change that I think would make it taste even better is if there was a bit more salt in the dough. Other than that, the bottom of the pizza was crisp, and the crust was airy and crisp with a slight chew. The crust was so delicious that we saved all our uneaten crusts to bring home for later, could not bear to throw them away (unlike other, more bready crusts). 😆 The pepperoni pizza was our favorite (so flavorful), with the sausage being a close second. The margherita was nice with the fresh basil, but could have used a sprinkling of salt. Our younger son really wanted to try the corn pizza, but we could only manage to finish 3 pizzas with our family of 7, so he has already declared that this will be his pick for his birthday meal, and that he will be getting the corn pizza. 😆 Wish it were closer to us (we live around 30 mins away), but it is not too far for special occasions! From where we live, comparatively, Mountain Mike’s and Porky’s Pizza Palace would be rated 2 or 3 out of 10 and Spinning Dough would be 9/10! Would totally buy it frozen if they offered that, it is that good! Was also a treat for the kids to watch the owner (who is super, super nice!) toss the dough and assemble the pizzas. Prior to a recent visit, I had not tried an acai bowl. What a pleasant surprise! “Chicken is super flavorful! I had a plate which was $20. Asked for extra rice instead of bread. Portions are decent size and deliver good value. The customer service is nice but its regular mall style self pick up place. Ingredients seem fresh and good quality. Tahini sauce was liquid and not as thick as other places (I think it’s just a matter of personal preference). The place is halal.
The only thing I would drop the price to $16/$17, not $19

I also tried their 2 dessert options. They have the bst carrot cake I have ever had! Their chocolate chip cookie tasted very rich. I had their veggie soup which was fresh and delicious. This place is my new go to spot. The location is a little awkward, but the inside is organized and clean. It only took 10 minutes to make my order. Definitely a satisfied customer!!!“
