This is a classic Hong Kong style cafe or “tea restaurant” (茶餐廳), a relative unique style of Chinese cuisine invented in Hong Kong by fusing western cafe and Chinese style cooking. The food is so consistently good every time I visit this place. This is a must go place for me whenever I come visit from Los Angeles.
The waitresses are very friendly and always carry a smile on their face.
