Noodles are yummy and come out so fast. On a cold day, the noodles hit the spot. You can tailor the noodles to various spicy levels, although spiciness is more catered to a normal non-spicy eater.
Basic noodle bowls are cheap.

Very very good noodles!!
Legit Lanzhou noodle with very reasonable price, so far the best in this area.

Based on the reviews, Jinweide Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodle House is a solid lunch place with tasty food. The hand-pulled noodles are a highlight, especially the extra wide noodles in chili oil which are delicious and highly recommended. The beef in the soup is tender, and the noodles have a great, chewy texture. Meals like the traditional hand pulled noodle / beef combo with cucumber salad and lamb skewers are well worth the price. The beef stew with rice noodle is also good, and the lamb dishes are excellent. The restaurant is not fancy but is clean, with beautifully arranged table condiments and good service from the staff. However, some dishes could be improved: the soup can sometimes taste a bit oily, and the dumplings were a little saltier than liked. The pork burger had no sauce or seasoning. For some, eating 9ox noodles caused diarrhea, but this place is safe. Overall, the food is very good quality and well-priced, making it a regular and wonderful lunch spot in the neighborhood.
