“This is the spot everyone at the Ritz ends up, and for good reason. Outdoor seating right on the edge of the bluff with fire pits going, blankets on the chairs, and the ocean spread out in front of you. We came for drinks before dinner and ended up staying through sunset the bagpiper walks right by, which caps it off nicely. Food is casual, good burgers, fish tacos, and snacks that hold up fine, but you're really here for the setting. Drinks were solid, service was friendly, and nobody hurried us out even as it got busy. Bring a jacket, it gets cold fast once the sun's down. Easily the best hangout spot on the property.“

“The outdoor patio was perfect for our Sunday brunch and our 18th Anniversary. We’ve celebrated many occasions at All Spice and have always had a stellar experience with the staff and the food. Our table felt intimate — we were sharing a large space with four other tables, appropriately distanced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Again, all Covid-19 compliant. The food, oh the food! The Dutch baby was perfectly cooked and the fruit fillings were gorgeous. The chicken sandwich was out of this world. The Mimosa and hard apple cider beverages were on point. We always love our meals at All Spice and this time was no exception. It’s a total gem!“

“We had an absolutely lovely experience here! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday, everyone was friendly and attentive. Fantastic high end ambience. The food was almost too beautiful to eat and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. One of our guests said it was the best spaghetti he had ever had! The mushroom risotto was perfection. I had the Chilean sea bass and WOW! The salmon was also amazing. The other two guests had roasted chicken and hangar steak… I didn’t get to try them but they looked amazing and everyone cleaned their plate even though we were full lol! We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!! 5 stars ⭐️“

“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

“Jesus was amazing tonight.
We made a reservation for 8, but didn't need to, even though it was a Friday night.
I used to come often, but took a break, but wanted to give it another try and it did not disappoint.
We had 2 burgers, a blt, the shrimp scampi, 1 rib eye, and 2 fish n chips. Everything tastes as it should. Appetizer platter with brussel sprouts wings and potato skins.
Jesus read our minds on several occasions.
I'll have to put this back in my rotation. As far as hotel restaurants go, this is one is a hidden gem.
Reluctant to share my opinion bc I want to keep it to myself, but doing it for Jesus, since he was such a delight tonight.

I will say, it was a little pricey. $480 for a party of 8, with 1 kids meal. But a really nice experience overall.“

“We had such a great meal at Marketplace Café! After the long shopping the arugula and prosciutto pizza was amazing—the crust was perfectly baked, very interesting combination of flavors. For the kids we ordered the mac and cheese, and it came out creamy, cheesy (they loved it!). We finished with the strawberry shortcake, and honestly it’s the best I’ve ever had— fresh strawberries and a buttery biscuit that was just perfect. “I was staying in this Hilton and wasn't too hungry, but decided to get something from this restaurant. I sat at the bar and was helped by the bartender as soon as he was done with another customer. I ended up having a burger with sweet potato fries and they were both great. Of course the burger wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was much better than most restaurants, the sweet potato fries were perfectly done.

I read some of the reviews of this restaurant, a couple of them were for different places in the hotel, they're not open for breakfast and they don't carry packaged goods.

Some reviewers didn't like the pricing. It's not inexpensive, but I think it was priced right. The burger and fries were $22. McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are around $15-18 these days, $22 is a good deal for a great food in a nice hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the world. I had a cocktail, $16, this is the same that I pay at an average bar these days.

I thought that overall, the place was very clean and werll laid out, and the staff were all very professional. This is an area where people can get offended because you used the wrong hand to open a door, they're crazy, so to be able to find attentive, courteous, and professional employees, is amazing.

I will be staying here again, and I'll probably eat at Fire|Vine again.“

“I have stayed at this hotel for the past month. On nights that I'm too tired to go out of the hotel for dinner. I have dined in.

The pear salad is my favorite. The combination of pecans,goat cheese & pomegranate is excellent. I love the honey mustard dressing. I Added some grilled chicken on top and it's even more perfect. I also love their steak wedge salad!

More recently I have stopped in for breakfast as well. Today I had the Challa French toast with pork sausages. Oh my God that is delicious! The pork sausages were huge, flavorful and still moist. The French toast was amazing. I could not finish it all.

The other morning, I had the Create your own omelette with potatoes, that was also made to perfection as well. Not overcooked and dry but moist and even the cheese was melted perfectly. The portion size was huge big plus

The service is excellent. This morning at breakfast Drew treated me with professionalism, respect, timeliness and Care. We even got to talk and share a few good moments. The Hostess has always been super nice to me. The staff always recommending me great dishes and pointing me in the right direction. The staff is Top notch and deserve a raise.

It's not all sunshine and rainbows though. Corporate- If you are reading this, please make the Hostess and Market dedicated positions. During the one month that I have been here, I have observed and experienced long wait times to be seated or ordering to go at the Market.
Peet's coffee grab and go this morning was especially challenging for the Wait staff. The line for to be seated for breakfast was humongous and people were visibly upset. I could feel their pain as in the morning we are trying to get in and get out because people have flights to catch. The Wait time is excessive because there is only one person seating people and also performing market cash register duties. The market person also has to warm up the food for the Pete's grab-and-go's which also increases the wait time for her hosting duties.

So Corporate if you are reading this, I implore you to make a change. Please hire dedicated market and hostess positions. Do not combine their Duties.

If you can eliminate the excessive wait times to be seated I think peoples experiences will be greatly enhanced. Instead people are having a bad experience right out the gate. It is very hard to overwrite a bad first impression.“

“We had one of the best experiences last night. Tim our waiter was one of the best we have had. He was able to find Sprite Zero for my wife's drink. He also delivered a warm chocolate chip cookie with a small scoop of ice cream for my wife even though it wasn't in the menu. His ability to go above the call of duty and not just say no I can't get that for you was so amazing it had to make sure it is recognized. Exceptional service needs to be acknowledge and rewarded. Thanks again Tim for making our night! Oh yeah by the way the food was very good too!��“
