We stayed at the Grand Hyatt at San Francisco Airport for three nights and had breakfast at the restaurant every morning. The service was amazing, and Ersdale was especially helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. You could really see his passion for his work. The food was delicious, and the excellent service made every breakfast a very enjoyable experience.
first off hector was amazing. Hands down best service out there. The food was way above expectations especially for being a restaurant inside a hotel. My table ordered the chicken wings (7/10) birria tacos (9/10) jam burger (7/10) and ravioli (8/10). Overall everyone really enjoyed their food. They had a lot of great options and a wide variety. The only downside I could see could be the price, but besides that I would definitely recommend.
