“Great tacos! The buche, carnitas, and cabeza were all really good (and large/meaty). Each one had a different delightful texture but cabeza was my favorite.... so tender! Fresh salsa bar and free chips are a huge plus. Also the free deep fried jalapenos was a nice touch. Next time I've gotta tried that awesome looking giant fried fish plate.“

“So many veggie options! They have a large section of vegetarian sushi, some of the best I’ve had. Very creative! Nice fusion dishes too like sushi tacos!! We ordered several veggie dishes and all of them were excellent. Casual atmosphere, friendly staff, and easy parking too.“

“Some of you guys are too picky. Ate here regularly over living in the bay 20+ years and never had a bad experience with the food or the service. I highly recommend ANY coffee cake they have on the menu, even the plain one, but they are large! They are fluffy enough to finish on your own, but sharing with family may be a better option. Lunch options are also consistently very good.“

“This is a takeout only place and their falafels are VERY GOOD! The fries and hummus were just okay. I ordered Heaven's Pita Pocket and it was HEAVENLY, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! So savory for a vegetarian dish. Great texture that melded well with the sauces in this Pita Pocket. The Home Made Fries were okay and the Hummus was okay, maybe ⭐⭐⭐. I'd recommend coming for the Falafels and will be returning just for that!“

“I am very unhappy with them because 3 months ago I was out of country and lost my son here, my other son and my sister got the memorial in shalizar for my son unfortunately all the invited people were complained from the food which was old khorsht had a little meet and was shredded like wormed up ten times over and the rice was old and mashie . I do not believe they charge my son $65 00 a head for only khorsht ,kabob kobedh and chicken kabob plus sald and soft drinks after the discount from $75 (.because we are old customer and my Husbend helped them at time to find place In San Mateo and all so advertised for the ) I believe they worked so hard to get were they are now they did beautiful job but not any more , every thing is not only Money I had the secand memorial for my sons in anther Iranian restaurant 190 people only $50.00 a head service and food was excellent fresh lots of food not even one complaint. I wish you guys were good as before and we do more business with shalizar Sorry shahla Moktari“

“I always order the #1 Turkey on Dutch Crunch, very fresh with lots of meat. My son loves the Pastrami! Vegetarian options as well. It is a take out establishment, check the hours, closed Sun. and Mon. Call ahead if you can to order ahead of time. Affordable. One of Belmont's finest establishments. (Been going here 23 years)“

“Sushi Kuu has a nice variety of dishes. Among them, they offer 2- and 3-item bento boxes with a good selection of options. I appreciate that they don’t put limitations by having customers choose one item from one column and another item from another column. You can choose anything on their list.
I had the bento box with saba shioyaki, miso salmon, and chicken katsu. My son had the bento box with beef short ribs, tonkatsu, and spicy tuna roll. We really liked them.

“My single dish of gluten free beef and broccoli costs me $18. Plus fried rice and an appetizer I usually spend closer to $50. I don’t know why the average cost on here says 10-20 per person.
The people who work there are kind and helpful. The food is quick and scrumptious.“

“I didn’t know they open for breakfast. I had sunnyside up eggs, fresh salad and Croissant. And I ordered DoorDash for dinner the other day. My favorite is coconut soup with a tofu. I went there with my sister again today. The owner was very friendly. I love her always smiling. The curry potato puff was so yummy. I will definitely go back to try some other stuff.“

Where you can find quality handcrafted food. I loved everything I’d ordered. From dim sum, milk tea, white sauce, marinated pork ribs and chicken feet, baked egg custard, to specialty traditional Hong Konger soup of the day!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have experience this taste again, I left HK back in 2006. This place tasted like home, my childhood, I wonder if they are from Kwun Tong too!
