Coffee-glazed baby back pork ribs - not good, the sauce was ok but the ribs had very little meat and not crispy enough on the outside. Koi Palace makes a much better version.

The prices were on the expensive side for dim sum. Service was excellent. Waiting to get into the (only) restroom required lots of shuffling to make ways for staff going in/out of the kitchen and cashier's stand.“

Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the menu, particularly food allergies for our daughter. The main dishes took a little while to arrive, but our waiter explained that the cornbread is prepared that way to make it extra moist—and it was totally worth the wait! Every dish was unique and delicious. Ordered the roasted cauliflower, grilled octopus, short ribs, and buttered cornbread. The wines were perfectly chilled and crisp. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!“

“We walked in on NYE without a reservation and they graciously found us a spot in the bar area. Service was on point and staff were festively dressed! I love a crafty cocktail but most are too sweet. I had the Smokey mezcal cocktail 🍹. Perfection. Appetizers were delish as well. Perfect way to start our NYE celebrations.“

“We found this place by asking where the best burritos were. Everyone we asked said to come here. You will wait in a long line but it moves fast and absolutely worth the wait! “Really enjoyed my 3 course prix fixe meal at Spruce. It had been a few years since I'd dined there and it was as good as I remembered. I had the som come over and suggest 2 glasses to pair with the meal and they were truly lovely. The waiter (Ryan) made me feel special the entire evening, and the chef even came out to greet me. I really enjoyed my meal there, thanks to the entire team, and can't wait to come back! Kind regards.“

“Food was very good (!!) but as others have mentioned: the portions are too small and left me unsatisfied. I’m a petite woman from Europe and this is not even a European sized meal. Make it more expensive (because I understand ingredients are expensive) and normal size, this would be fine for me. This way it feels kind of like a joke when you see the food after arriving.

The bakery was busy, the bread was fresh, pastries were still warm, and everything smelled amazing. Whenever I visit a new bakery, I always order a croissant because that’s my way of judging how good a bakery is. This time, I got the chocolate croissant and a carrot muffin. The chocolate croissant was good, but not the best I’ve had in the Bay. I wish it had been flakier, with more layers and a richer buttery flavor. The carrot muffin was okay too. My mom liked it, but it just wasn’t my favorite. That said, the prices are affordable, and it’s still a solid bakery overall. So, I’d still stop by if I were in the area.“

“Had a luncheon @ Perbacco with my 9 coworkers and Manager to say “goodbye & farewell” to a retiring coworker and “welcome” to a new coworker. Started with a round of hors d'oeuvre’s. The thin sliced veal with a sauce and capers was delicious! The fried shrimp, veggies and olives/anchovies…also with a sauce was awesome as well. For my main, I had CRESTE DI GALLO - semolina pasta - wild mushroom ragu - spinach - ricotta salata. Our waiter was the best! I saved one of the sugar cookies from my deserts…Burnt Carmel Gelato. Mentioned it to our waiter and as we were leaving, I heard “Sir! Sir!” He brought me one of their meringue cookies to also share with my partner! I thought that was just awesome! rainbow scarpinocc: the famous signature dish was tasty but honestly expected a little more. would still recommend though

porcini gnochetti sardi: highly recommend. creamy, rich, al dente pasta

budino: don’t typically like chocolate but wasn’t too sweet and decadent.“
