We came upon this spot, I had it before at a different location and my fellow colleagues said they ordered from here before where they enjoyed it and that is when we all agreed this is the place we will order from. They have many many things to choose from, such as their top sellers, milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, brown sugar drinks, cheese foam drinks, frosties, original tea, coffee, a kid’s menu, yakult series and much more to choose from. After browsing through their menu we knew what we exactly wanted and the order was placed which got me excited because I was in need of something good to drink. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. This place is a great option in the area since they stand out compared to other drink shops nearby. You can order in person, place an order online for pickup of have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. Finally when the drinks arrived, we all popped the straw through the cup and the moment from that first sip was satisfying and a thirst quencher. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, to anyone willing to try something new, if you are in need of a refreshing drink like us or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. “Finding Ceré Tea in Burlingame Avenue was a pleasant surprise. Many Matcha and Hojicha tea drinks; half the menu are einspanners and half are lattes. Plus there are other options: fruit & cream tornado drinks. I tried the matcha strawberry einspanner today. Yum! Over the weekend I had a fruit tornado mango. Double yummy!
Limited seating…too many people with laptops here on weekdays. Popular with Asian and non-Asian young people. The drinks are pricy though - keep this in mind as a splurge!“

The coffee shop is clean and well laid out, kind of small, not very much indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating and tables.
Good servers, our order was taken promptly and correctly. Lattes and bagels, both delicious.

“It was fun going during the soft opening of Palmetto Superfoods in Burlingame (there are other locations in the Metreon, on Union Street, and on Clement Street in San Francisco, with another planned for Santana Row). I learned a lot by speaking with the super friendly and deservedly-proud owner. This location in Burlingame is a really cool little spot diagonally across from Safeway and has a sweet public rooftop sitting area. And I love that everything is plant-based except the honey and bee pollen, but they have a vegan apple honey — which is absolutely delicious — as a superior substitute. Anyway, with a choice of bowls (and smoothies), one could choose a set one on the menu or customize everything with unlimited bases and toppings — as long as it fits in whatever size bowl you choose (yup, I totally went large). I opted for the Bay Blend, but swapped out the strawberries (not really my thing) for toasted coconut flakes (most definitely my thing). The bowl was quickly layered by the friendly employee, who looked like she was excited for her next opportunity to surf, at least in my imagination. From the açaí, pitaya/dragonfruit, and chia pudding on the bottom to the banana and almond butter in the middle to the granola, blueberries, and toasted coconut, etc. on top, it was scrumptious and satisfying. Wanting to try a little more deliciousness, I decided to take a Midnight Beach smoothie to go. Now that I’m gone, I know I’ll be back!“

From the moment I walked in, the manager and every member of the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. As someone who grew up in the South and is currently serving on active duty in the military, I stopped in wearing my uniform while working remotely, and they immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The manager was personable, took the time to have a conversation, and the rest of the team shared that same positive energy.

Being new to the area, it’s refreshing to find a place where I already feel like I can become a regular. The store has plenty of space to work, a great view of downtown Burlingame, and an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and inviting.

The drinks are consistently made correctly and come out quickly, but what really sets this location apart is the people. Great customer service can completely change an experience, and this team delivers it every time.

If you’re ever in the Burlingame area, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by this Starbucks. It’s one of the most welcoming locations I’ve visited, and it’s easy to see why so many people keep coming back.

We ordered the Rigos Taco Combo and the Tacos Suaderos. Let me tell you, the suaderos were hands down the best tacos I have ever had in my life.

What makes this establishment truly special, though, is the hospitality. We connected immediately with the owner, who is incredibly kind and caring. “We arrived before our reservation time and they were able to accommodate. Our waiter was great with detailing the dishes and answering my culinary questions. Service was slow. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive cocktails. I had to inquire about appetizers which were ordered with cocktails. The GM was very present and walking the dining area but not speaking to any guests or acknowledging that they are waiting without drinks and food. The food was good. I have a different palate so my good may great for another person. The only negative was how long everything took when it wasn’t a night where there was a full house of guests. If that can improve, we may return. For context we ordered Smoked Bourbon Prickly Pear Margarita Calamari Crab & Artichoke Dip Crab Stuffed Sole topped with roasted garlic and shallot shrimp and a side of mashed potatoes Ribeye with compound butter and Cold Water Lobster Tail We switched from cocktails to wine with the main dish.“

“Food is delicious dim sum, we were lucky to have a table in a private room cuz we had 17 people. It was only one woman wait staff to help us with food, it was not much service after they brought in the food and she really left us alone and we need more tea but no service until when we ready to leave then give us tea. That's really bad to me no tea for a long time and only refilling once! She must be so busy and we go outside help ourselves for finding boxes for leftover food. Be good to have good service with a smile too?“
