This place is good, charming atmosphere and quick service. However for the price you are paying the lobster roll is just ok. The roll tastes more of the buttered bread. You have to really focus on the taste to find the flavor of the lobster. The chips that came with it were rather bland as well. Really the only well flavored item was the coleslaw, which was delightful. The portion size was decent, but for a price of $40 I want it to taste just a bit better.
Dumb expensive but best lobster I've had West of the Mississippi.If you don't mind paying $40 for a sandwich and you're craving lobster like they have in New England this is your spot.

This is a solid Three stars. The food was fresh but the cost is outrageously high.I had the naked lobster sandwich and a small bowl ( cup) of clam chowder.The chowder was rich and creamy and red but I didn’t see any lobster bits in it. Mainly corn. I think I the name comes from the fact that they use the shells to create a broth to make the bisque.
